Okay, Luz. Yes, I did. In order for my tactic to work (Ask Wreck for it) we need to have an edge over the enemies. Yes, since you are the upgrader, we will need upgrades for our troops to be able to do what they are ordered whitout major losses. I suggest, however, to keep enough money for extra troops in case of a full scale war, and for invisibility. We need the ATs upgraded.

Umm... I have tactics... That might be crazy enough to work... But I need big ATs.
