Yes. Check the post in the COT RPG request topic. As you can see, more customization, and more room for character development. Alignment was loaded with fights. In this one, you get all the options you do in the BZPRPG and more, but when you do want to fight you'll never be short of action.
Yes, I have an actual canon character, due to the "teleporting from across the universes" thing.
