You go to "My Controls" under the BZP logo. Then scroll down until you find "Edit Avatar Settings". Click on it, and you'll load a screen where you can edit your avatar. But you need a Brickshelf.com account. Make one, upload your picture, go back to the Avatar Settings screen, and paste in the URL of your picture where it tells you to. It'll automatically scale on the imag
