For everyone out there eighteen or older, I strongly urge you to vote tomorrow. I don't really care who you cast your ballot for (though I'm partial to Obama), but it is of the utmost importance that you voter-age persons throw in a say as to which direction out nation should go. Many claim that the system is crooked, that democracy doesn't work. To those who believe that, I say this: If enough of you vote, even the severest bending of the truth, or voter fraud, or the electoral college, cannot cover an evidently overwhelming majority of people supporting a candidate. Please, take what I've said into consideration, and go out there this November the fourth, 2008, and VOTE!
Here's this week's song, suggested by Ringo. It's Back in the USSR.
Flew in from Miami Beach BOAC
Didn't get to bed last night
Oh, the way the paper bag was on my knee
Man, I had a dreadful flight
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the USSR, yeah
Been away so long I hardly knew the place
Gee, it's good to be back home
Leave it till tomorrow to unpack my case
Honey disconnect the phone
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the US
Back in the US
Back in the USSR
Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the west behind
And Moscow girls make me sing and shout
They Georgia's always on my my my my my my my my my mind
Oh, come on
Hu Hey Hu, hey, ah, yeah
yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boys
Back in the USSR
Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the west behind
And Moscow girls make me sing and shout
They Georgia's always on my my my my my my my my my mind
Oh, show me round your snow peaked
mountain way down south
Take me to you daddy's farm
Let me hear you balalaika's ringing out
Come and keep your comrade warm
I'm back in the USSR
Hey, You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the USSR
Oh, let me tell you honey
Suggestions for next week's song can be sent to me via PM, or posted next thursday in the suggestions entry.
You know the enemies in Pac-Man, the ghosts? In particular, Pinky?
Well, I enjoy making "Pinkies" of many different types of people, such as cavemen, knights, tourists, zombies, etc. (You name it, I've probably made a Pinky of it). I decided to make one of the Joker, as seen in TDK. This is a Pinky version of that scene when he meets the crime-lords of Gotham, and is threatening them with his grenades. Please notice the dead Pinky to the side, courtesy of the Joker's "pencil trick."
Today at school, we had an "emergency drill," to prepare us for natural disasters. I was randomly selected to be an "injured" student, who the teachers had to "rescue". I played the part of a guy with severe stomach pain, so I was forced to stay in my class, on the floor, with my legs tucked against my chest until they "rescued" me.
It took them an HOUR.
Pretty bad rescue squad. If it'd been a real disaster, I would have been dead by the time they reached me.

I was really obsessed with the winter '09 sets, so I made this to look at them on, without having to open 14 different windows.
Should I or should I not start an art requests topic? This has been bugging me for a few weeks. I don't want to start a topic if nobody's going to request anything, and I'm afraid of the humiliation of having a topic like that where no one asks for a piece of art.. So, considering Popularity is entirely decided by everyone else, I'm leaving it up to you, the people of BZPower, to post here with a yes or a no vote. Please vote, or my head will explode!
