Today was the second 5-hour tech rehearsal in a row since yesterday, and one tomorrow... and then opening night is on friday. I'm almost too excited to fall asleep.
It was awesome. About seven friends and I went out for burgers (and I bet SK knows where), which were delicious, then we went down to the park and hung there. One of the guys got lots of videos of me doing parkour.
Well, last time you saw him, he was legless. After a bit of work today, the Teridax entry of mine has gained a lower half, as well as some improvements on the upper portion. Again, I apologize for pictures that suck epicly - they were taken with artificial light, at about 9:30 P.M., among other things. Now, I want any kind of suggestions you have before I take what I hope will be final pictures on Saturday.
Anywho, here he is;
Tear it apart, I want you to. I want him to be perfect, or as close as I can get.
A little look at the beginnings of my entry. A few things to note;
-Yes, he has no legs. That will be fixed. XD
-The silver hands are only here until I stop being lazy and yank black fingers and white claws off of some sets.
-The waist is much to thin, yep. That is being worked on.
-His torso is similar to my Uhuraz's, because I felt it was a cool and good design that would fit him well.
-Picture quality sucks because I wasn't trying for good pictures, and I took these things late.
I'd appreciate all sorts of commentary, preferably constructive stuff.
This thing is probably the most impressive LEGO set I've ever seen with my own eyes. I'm totally blown away - the level of detail, the brillance of design, the sheer size, the magnificently regal color scheme, well, I could ramble all day.
Father we've something to tell you,
A story of our time
A tragic but inspiring tale of manhood in its prime
You know you had a dozen sons -
Well now that's... not quite true
But feel no sorrow, do not grieve,
He would not want you to
There's one more angel in heaven
There's one more star in the sky
Joseph we'll never forget you
It's tough but we're gonna get by
There's one less place at our table
There's one more tear in my eye
But Joseph the things that you stood for
Like truth and light never die
When I think of his last great battle
A lump comes to my throat
It takes a man who knows no fear
To wrestle with... a goat
His blood-stained coat is tribute to
His final sacrifice
His body may be past its peak
But his soul's in paradise
There's one less place at our table
There's one more tear in my eye
But Joseph the things that you stood for
Like truth and light never die
Carve his name with pride and courage
Let no tear be shed
If he had not laid down his life
We all would now be dead
