Wow, was it really that long ago? Man I feel old.

I''e pretty much always me. I came back for the occasional chat and to sell off a lot of old collectables to people that would appreciate them more (Most non-collectables I gave to my cousin when he got into Hero Factory). I'll be posting them when I dig them out of my childhood bedroom.

I got back into lego and I hope to post more MOCs here when I get a chance to sit down and reorganize my collection so I can start really building what's in my head again.

For those who dont know me I am ex-staff.

Not sure, but I think itd be ok as long as it's not for profit and you give credit to Lego. I'd contact TLG and see how they feel but you're probably going to be fine since they dont even host it anymore and you arnt asking for money.

I wish they'd make the origional purchasable. I'd love to play it again.

Yes, but I hate them. I always leave town from my birthday until my girlfriend (Hers is 3 days after mine) or I work through it.

Replayed Fallout 3. Girlfriend wasnt familiar with the series to hear Ron Pearlman, Liam Neason, and Malcome McDowel in it.

Pretty sure thisnt so much glitches as much is an interaction between IB software and Android, but for some reason its causing problem.

OMG. Not a purchase, but I just got about 3 grand in vinyls including most black sabbath, led zeppelin as well as The Wall, Dark Side and a bunch of other stuff.

I still have masks. 100 of blue Kopaka  masks I won in a contest way back when (autocorrect won't let me type tha masks name), but almost a full origional set plus some misprint and the McDonalds matorans. Maybe an extra infected mask in good condition, but I'd have to look for it.[edit; I might have an extra TNGM that MFuss gave me back in the day, but I can only part with that if I find both)

Which do you need? They're at my dads place, but I'm planning to go there this week. Maybe I have what you need, or I might part part with all if the price is good. I'm not enjoying them anyways so I'd rather sell them to somebody who will.

I think I even have the canvas folder thing to hold them. Tho the plastic is likely brittle after so long.

In the olden days, the primary focus of Bionicle was Masks of Power. They were what Bionicle was known for; its trademark.

 

In 2009's reboot, the only Mask of Power that was featured was the Mask of Life. Other than that, Bionicle's trademark was gone.

 

I believe the lack of masks in the reboot may have been one reason why it "failed".

I agree. I feel like the collectability aspect of Bionicle was lost when they released the Krana and Kraata. The masks were the heart and soul of Bionicle and not continuing that line of collectibles probably hurt the series.

I blame the Nuva series of masks which were uninspired compared to the first wave. Of course I blame the nuva series for all of Bionicle's shortcomings.
