  1. IC: "Ara'kas Thelstane. Now, please tell me you've been here long enough to know how to survive on your own." The female warrior was feeling rather irritable. The past two weeks had been one huge string of annoyances and matoran with serious Batman Complexes.OOC: Batman Complex trademark of The Dreadful Flying Glove.
  2. OOC: Oh. I just decided to play it safe because I didn't know if you realized Ara'kas and Kamaehu wear armor over their natural armor.IC: Kamaehu shook his head. "Sorry, Lashev, the extent of my healing knowledge is amputation. And I'm not skilled in that either." He then heard Hasil's appraisal of the mark on his chest. "Oh, I'll want that gone." Setting his teeth, he pressed his hand onto the mark, searing the armor around it so as to obscure the pattern. "I'm not young enough to be fighting rahkshi."
  3. OOC: Gah, Ninja'd.IC: Kamaehu recoiled in pain. The plasma had not only marred his armor, but had gone through to the skin. He answered Lashev, trying to stand up as well. "I don't know, but I'm not going to go around trying to find out. It's probably something that'll make people want to kill me." Then Kamaehu saw Nikaron had returned, and he was accompanied by Avya. Leaning on his halberd, he offered up his plans. "What else to do but resist Makuta?" He then stopped, realizing it better to introduce himself. "Before I continue, I am Kamaehu, And this is Ara'kas. We're just a pair of warriors trying to fulfill an oath. Anyway, I've heard news of some sort of training place in Ko-Wahi. I might go there for a time. Mata Nui knows we'll need successors once we're gone." IC: Ara'kas looked at the newcomer Avya. The young toa looked nervous, but had a determined air about her. However, Ara'kas just couldn't ignore the look of nervousness on Avya's face. "Kid, you new here or something?"
  4. OOC: Very well then.IC: Kamaehu nodded. "I see. I have a suitable punishment." Saying so, he stabbed the butt of his halberd into the ground and stepped towards Grochi. Ara'kas realized what was about to happen a second afterwards. "You sure you want to do this?" She asked. "Yes." Then two things happened. First, Ara'kas pulled up on Grochi's arms, forcing him to straighten out. Second, Kamaehu's right hand flickered with flame for a second, then turned pure white. The warrior looked coldly at Grochi, then stated his verdict. "Criminal, you have been found guilty of murder. I name you a breaker of the code of the toa," His hand darted forward, a curved teardrop shape appearing on Grochi's chest. "A betrayer of your vow to protect the island," He struck again, another teardrop appearing, the two now forming a broken circle. "And a bane to all who still uphold these values." Kamaehu hand marked Grochi again, this time forming three circles between the teardops. "As such, you are cast out from the islands, and stripped of your title of toa. Now, you are nothing!" Kamaehu slammed his palm into the mark on Grochi's chest, causing cracks to form along the pattern, a broken symbol of unity, duty, and destiny. A symbol of what he had lost.Ara'kas let go of Grochi. Kamaehu turned to Hasil, picking up his halberd as he did. "It is done. If he crosses me again, his death will cause me no pain."
  5. IC: "Hold him." At Kamaehu's command, Ara'kas sprang forward and hooked Grochi's arms behind his back. Kamaehu then turned to Hasil. "What are his crimes? The punishment will be sufficient, I assure you."OOC: Kal Grochi, Does Kamaehu have permission to brand Grochi with a mark that basically says: If any of my buddies runs into you, you die. ?
  6. IC: There were two sounds. First a hiss, then a metal screech. Kamaehu had unsheathed his saber and blocked the execution. He glared at Hasil. "No. His life he will keep."
  7. OOC: I know. I was talking about Grochi and Hasil's feud thingy that's going to go down soon.IC:Ara'kas walked on after him. "Not that. Some weird foreign toa swears he saw this evil toa who's going to murder us all. Or something like that."
  8. Brickeens! You joined. Now you and Sumiki can proceed to ignore the fact that you have profiles!
  9. IC: Ara'kas decided to take matters into her own hands. She walked over to Kamaehu, not bothering to acknowledge the other two toa. "Kamaehu, there's some trouble up by the marines which I might need your help with. You got time?"IC: Kamaehu instead spoke to Kyara and Nikaron. "This is Ara'kas, my... um, bodyguard, I guess."
  10. Dude. Switchshot. It comes with it. It is awesome.
  11. IC: Ara'kas looked closer for a second before answering Hasil. "I don't know about two of them, but that one," She pointed to Kamaehu "Is on our side."
  12. IC: Right now, Arak'as was less focused on the yelling marines and more on something on the coastline. Not a Tarakava, it was a group of three toa. Two were unknown, but one carried a distinctive silver halberd, marked by a red tassel attached just below the head. Chuckling, he tapped Kalama and pointed. "Look who managed to catch up with us."IC: Kamaehu managed to get a hold of himself. He looked deeply a Nikaron, this time using all his analytical skill into the gaze. He could almost hear his own train of thought at loud. Hmm. Doesn't believe in preferred weapons. That must mean he uses weapons to fit the task. Daggers. They look just small enough to fit through a rahkshi's eyeholes. A cloak, not to remain unseen, but to remain unknown. A resistance fighter. He looked away from the coast and saw a group of marines. "Come." He said to Nikaron. "It would be best for us to make ourselves known to our allies, lest we strike each other down."
  13. IC: Ara'kas came up behind the Marines, looking at the group of floating Tarakava. "They have enough of them?"
  14. IC: Ara'kas nodded at the running group in front of her, barely speeding up her walk. Soon it would be time for fun.OOC: Ara'kas to Ga-Wahi.
  15. IC: The name Avya jogged Kamaehu's memory. He thought back to half-forgotten stories, stories of a young toa and the younger toa she had known. But then the memories took a darker turn, shifting from two young girls to a slightly older boy. Instinctively, he shook his head to rid himself of the thoughts. "Sometimes," He said to Kyara "It's better if you don't know your past."
  16. IC: Dathros watched as the partiers went their ways. Laughing he yelled to them. "This spot has the best view!" Sitting down, he decided to help himself to a drink.OOC: Dathros open for interaction.
  17. IC: An irritated voice rang out from behind Skyra. "What's with the tents? This some kind of party?" Snarled Dathros, putting a hand to one of his swords. "'Cause your blockin' the view."
  18. IC: Lightning crackled above the deck of the ship for a second, as Arzanyos appeared below. Grinning, he did an extravagant bow to Raknar. "You didn't think you could avoid me, did you?"
  19. IC: Kamaehu smiled. "Better then me at reading people, you are, Nikaron." He then shifted his attention to the other toa. "You don't know your name? Not even that much?" Sadness flashed in his eyes for a second. "Then pick a name. Make a new life for yourself. But beware, evil is rampant on this island."
  20. IC: Ara'kas gave a small bow. "I am Ara'kas Thelstane, traveling warrior. We met in Ta-koro." She then stepped in to break up the fight, by picking up Lashev by the shoulder and moving him away from Hasil.
  21. IC: Ara'kas looked at Hasil. She remembered this odd toa. "Speak normal, please."
  22. IC: Kamaehu smiled. "It is as you say. But how about you" He gestured to Nikaron, first his jacket, then his knives. "You fight with the weapons of an assassin, and you wear clothes to hide yourself. Yet you have the gift of perception. An interesting combination." Kamaehu then pointed to Nikaron's mask. "However, you should have remained totally still. I've seen that mask before. Funny, don't you think? A flock of bees to hide your place, yet you're hoist by your own petard."OOC: On subject of school, one: I live in Hawaii, and two: Free periods. They exist.
  23. IC: Kamaehu shook his head, then pointed over to where Calaras sat, resting. "Not exactly. I have been in Ta-koro. I was to deliver a message to my compatriots, but was left with a task instead. The Ga-Koro Marines have ordered a full recall, and news travels swiftly if you have the will to find it."
  24. IC: “Well, you see, I actually have no idea where I am. I know it sounds strange, but I just woke up here on the beach and I have no idea where in the world here is.”The words snapped Kamaehu out of his musings. He looked around, seeing the other two toa. A grim smile passed over his face. "Here is Ga-Wahi. One of six main matoran villages on the island. Soon to be the sight of a horde of Tarakava."
  25. IC: Kamehu sighed towards the trees. "Whatever. My time has been wasted long enough. I will leave you party-goers be." He walked through the party, heading towards the beaches, thinking on how much had happened in the past few weeks. Lost in thought, he was coming dangerously close to to other beachwalkers. OOC: That's Kyara and Nikaron.
