Kalama and Ta Rahkshi

Kalama shook his head. "This is Guard jurisdiction. The Marines have no authority here except those granted by the Captain of the Guard. If Dren asks for assistance with dealing with this matter then we can help him but other than that we have to stay out of the way because the Marines have no business with these two as far as I know. If these two were wanted for something in Ga-Koro then Kotu would make arrangement with Jaller to allow us to actively pursue and deal with these two. Since the Guard has beef with them and the Marines don't, we have to step aside and let the Guard deal with it."Kalama then leaned against the wall. "Now Nuraka is correct that because we can't get through here, they are obstructing our mission from Nokama. I'm being nice and letting the Guard get first crack at these two since they are their prisoners. If a reasonable compromise can't be made in a timely manner that allows us to proceed, I have no choice but to view them as an obstacle to be dealt with. The Guard doesn't like it, Jaller will have to take it up with Nokama herself but I have some breathing room because I let the Guard try to deal with the situation first."Dren shook his head. "I can't do that Tank. Both of you will have to go back to the cells. It would be best as it's for your protection as well. You have control over who you let visit you and the Guard has responsibility for ensuring your safety during your incarceration. Murder crimes have a bad habit of affected people tending to want to execute their own brand of justice. It's our job to keep them OUT and AWAY from you just as it's our job to keep you IN and AWAY from them. Once you're secured in the cells I can send for the Turaga to come and hear your plea. He's pretty good at getting around to it fairly quickly. I let you wander around out in the open and that's just asking for trouble. Assassin's have much more trouble getting into a prison to kill people then they do killing them in the open."Dren leaned on his trident. "So, if you surrender you will have to go back to the cells but I will promise that I will do everything I can to ensure Vakama sees you as a priority. Deal?"

"Sadly, yes." Kylina said. "No matter how many times I tell them to knock it off they keep doing it. Otherwise they're tolerable.""Oh come on Kylina...""...admit it...""You like us!"Kylina shrugged. "They're better than most anyway since I'm putting my life in their hands."

OOC: So long as you're acknowledging you take one wrong step and you're lava bones then I've got no problem with you being on a ledge.IC: Kalama simply listened. "Well Dren?"The Elite Guardsman was silent for a minute. Then he inhaled and spoke."The law is the law and whether or not you WANTED to commit those crimes, you actually DID. If what you're speaking is true then we've got a problem on our hands... I can't let you go. However if you agree to surrender I'll let you plead your case before Vakama. He can decide whether or not to let you go and look for these others. Fair deal?""Sounds fair to me." Kalama said. "Much better than dying."

"Awwww man! They got no slosh!" Tawk said dejected at hearing there wasn't a cantina."Brotastrophy bro." Mawl responded. "Wait a minute..." he paused getting an idea."You don't think WE could open the bar. You know the whole Matau's Hut thing?""...You... are... GENIUS Mawl my man! Untapped widget mine!""As genius as it is boys," Kylina said. "Running it full time would require us getting placed out here as a liasion to the Force. And you know the Regulars like to be liasons and leave us stuck with the grease pits.""...Awwwww MAN!" Tawk complained."Karz the man! Karz the man!" Mawl yelled. "Suppression of freedoms! HELP HELP I'M BEING REPRESSED!""Just save the idea for when you retire from the force." Kylina said. "You can fiance it and then hire people to do the work for you.""....Heeeey. OOC: Uh Snipe, you do realize that since the gate is down the bridge is too right?IC: Dren picked himself off the ground shrugging off the pain and limping over to the gate where the two Toa were now trapped."Well now, if this isn't quite the predicament you two got yourselves into." He chuckled. "The bridge is down, you're on the wrong side of the gate, so it appears you two aren't going anywhere. Ironically, nether of you are lava proof ether. So it appears you have two choices, one you can surrender and come back to your cells peacefully or two, commit suicide by jumping into the lava." The rest of the Guardsmen picked themselves up, shaking off the pain and coming over to the trapped Toa.More Guardsmen on the far side of the lava moat were taking aim with their discs at the Toa trapped on the ledge outside the city gates."What's it gonna be Utu?" Dren asked. "Personally I'd go with surrender but since you have a deathwish you may just want to jump in the lava and save us all the trouble.""Who's got a death wish?" Dren turned to see a Ga-Matoran of equal size to him looking at him."Hotu! When'd you get into town little sis?""Recently." She nodded over to the closed gate with the Toa trapped behind it. "Who's the knuckleheads that tried to get out of town while the bridge was down?""Utu here is wanted for murder and escape. His friend here is his accomplise and I do believe he has admitted to commiting murder as well.""Hi Dren!" Lei ran up to the bigger Guardsman and hugged him. "How have you been fake big brother?""And hello not really related little sister. I'm fine Lei, how have you been?""Awesome! I got to watch people change personalities and talk about using someones organs for winterwear! Then I got beaten up by an Ussalry member. So I smacked his face into the floor until his Kanohi came off and he stopped moving.""Equial parts cheerful and sadistic still I see." Dren chuckled."Yup!" Lei's head bobbed up and down nonstop.Kalama snapped his fingers as he was musing over the name before it came to him. "Xibre! You were one of those male Ga-Matoran that got outed several years ago! Where have you been?" He turned to the gate. "Who's the knuckleheads who tried to leave while the bridge was down?" He asked.Hotu shrugged. "Some murderers who escaped jail.""Not a very good escape plan. Got themselves locked up in some new jail. Sadly this kind of puts them square in the way of our journey.""I vote we push them into the lava." Nuraka said. "They're murderers anyway so likely they would be executed and our mission takes precidence over their life. Knock'em out of the way I say.""I'm inclined to agree Nuraka." Kalama said. "However this is Guard jurastiction and these are their prisoners. Let's give them a chance to assert their authory first and if there can't be any resolution, we'll do them a favor and knock them into the lava."

So I take it the community is in favor of the Fourth Great Tarakava Raid then? That's the outlook I was getting.I'll start plotzing then.

OOC: We didn't see you and Kalama didn't meet you. XDUntil now.IC: "Depends." Kalama said. "I'm a knife and unarmed fighter. You want weapons. You need to talk to someone else." Hearing the male voice coming from a Matoran, Kalama paused.He examined Xibre for a minute. "You seem familiar..."

"Um... well I..." Tanuka started."No wrong answer Tanuka." Kalama said."Well... I fought off some slavers at the Kini-Nui.""Wait. Tanuka did WHAT now?" Kali asked moderatly surprised."Apparently she fought some slavers at the Kini-Nui on her way to Onu-Koro. Ain't that right Tanuka?""Yeah... yeah I did!""Well Makuta strike me down!" Maya laughed. "Shy Tanuka took up the fight for Matoran everywhere! I never thought I'd see the day!""How bad did ya thrash 'em?" Hotu asked. "I bet you flattened them HARD.""Well, I kinda just blasted this one Skakdi and...""A SKAKDI? Wait what's this Tanuka fighting again?" Lei asked catching the story."I blasted this Skakdi who was a part of this slavers group and then I attacked him in close quaters before Agarin dropped a cart on him."The Marines burst out laughing. "Oh man I wish I'd been there to see that!" Nuraka said.Tanuka grinned. "Then I got dragged to the ground by four matoran.""Whaja do? Whaja do?" Lei asked excitedly enjoying this."I blasted them off me and sent them flying!""HAH! I bet that showed 'em!" Hotu said throwing some shadow punches. "Don't ever tangle with the warriors of Ga-Koro! We'll smile and then beat you within an inch of your life!""Oh well... it was... it was nothing really." Tanuka said shyly."Nothing? I wouldn't say it was nothing Tanuka." Kalama said. "The slavers you fight today may keep someone free to enjoy life tomorrow. Somewhere out there is a Matoran who if you hadn't stepped up to defend yourself who quite possibly could have captured. Today she is enjoying her life still because you stepped up and fought for them even if they or you don't know it. Be proud of what you've done Tanuka. You struck a blow for freedom against the tyrany and darkness Makuta has shadowed this land with. It might not have been something large and grand but every little thing you do counts. One day you'll look back on it and realize just how much you've actually done. I don't even notice or bother noticing everything I've done anymore as each event was simply a tiny pebble at the time I did it tossed over my shoulder carelessly busily hunting down the next task. When viewed those pepples stacked up into a mountain of achievements."Kalama looked at Fragarach and shrugged. "Dunno. Just the way I was born. Mother says I'm probably some unknown breed of Matoran. Kali over here thinks I got bored and painted myself."

"Really huh." Kalama gave Tanuka a sideways glance. "And what have you been accomplishing in my absence?"

"He means a bar. Our local favorite one was blown up by some freaks of nature that looked like a cross between a Vortixx and a bat." Kylina said. "The Koro's are pretty well guarded so the chaos is pretty limited if that's what you were asking about. Otherwise it's fairly busy. Matoran going this way and that doing buisness. I join in the buisness doing on occastion."

"Not much." Hotu said. "Lei's going on about stripping people down of their organs and using them as winterwear.""Well it's true we don't do a lot of grieving." Lei said. "Why should we grieve for the guy we put six feet under in the first place? AFTER we set him on fire?""Wuz tha' beefour or afta' we caut hiz feet oof an' turn'a dem inna sleepaars?" Yuni asked."Before." Lei said. "If you do it after you may not be able to save enough of the foot.""Stop encouraging her Yuni." Kali said."Jus dunna' let it bee said Oi dinna encoorage Lay ter get a hobb'a.""Eating things I killed is fun!" Lei said."Lei you're doing it again." Hotu said."Sorry!" She smiled brightly. "Just good times!""So what are we going to do now?" Tanuka asked.Kalama shrugged. "Probably going to end up heading up to Rock Frost before seeing to the preperations to keep our package safe before heading back home."

"Boring, too much, and not long." Xavier said answering Trakuda's questions in the order he asked them."Hey do they have a watering hole here or something?" Tawk asked. "Ours got trashed by Batmen.""Duna nuna nuna nuna BATMEN!" Mawl sang out."Will you knock that off!" Kylina snapped at Mawl.

"Hmmm... you're right. That would kill him... What if we used only one lung and his liver?" She asked. "He doesn't quite need BOTH... no that's no good... you should NEVER squeeze the liver... the cream filling isn't quite as delcious as I've been led to believe...""Rememberance is good." Juno said. "Just remember not to let it consume you.""THAT'S IT! We'll use a lung and his kidney!" Lei exclamed."Lei, sweetie. SHUT. UP." Hotu said. "You're starting to freak on lookers out again.""Oops. Sorry!" Lei said brightly rubbing the back of her head embarssed.

Kalama shrugged, "Surprisingly they don't know the meaning of 'take it outside' which means 'take it outside and away from the Koro so you don't cause property damage'. Good thing a lot of these strutures were build with Makuta attacks in mind.""This Toa of Earth sounds like a meany. You should have cut his lungs out and used them as gloves. Lungs make surprisingly good gloves." Lei chirped. "But you kinda have to hollow them out first. Those little things that bleed a lot in the middle of the lungs kind of get in the way. They make good liners though.""The wheel of life circles ever onward." Juno said hearing Sisk's words. "You can't lament on the deaths of those that passed. It's not a healthy trait for a soldier. Greving is good but if you let it lock you into the past you'll never see the disc that will kill you in the present. It's hard to see what's coming when you're facing backwards watching what has already been."

"...That is a long name that's hard to say." Xavier said. "I'm actually a part of the civilian 'Irregulars' side of the Gukko Force. It's made up of mostly Le-Matoran that don't serve the Gukko Force full time and Non-Le-Matoran immagrants to Le-Koro."He glanced up at the Kahu, stuck two fingers in his mouth, and whistled sharply."Just letting my co-horts know it's safe to land." He said.A short blast of gust later and both Kahu landed."You a'ight Xav?" Tawk asked."Just fine. These guys say they're building a Koro. For something called the Island Liberation Force."

"You must not look up that often." Xavier pointed out the two circling Kahu. "Gukko Force patrols are regularly overhead. Got to keep an eye on the Rama and other flying nasties. That's what we were doing when we saw the commotion down here. Thought we'd watch a bit. Get's pretty boring up there sometimes when you got nothing to attack. So what's going on down here?" Xaiver asked. "We've been seeing you guys constructing something down here for awhile now. I'm curious at to what it is."

OOC: ...Maybe.Kalama shrugged. "You're welcome to it." He said. Turning to Thama he said, "Yep these are the girls. Lei, Hotu, Juno, Yuni, Maya, Kali, Nuraka, and the one currently curled up over there on Nen's shoulders taking a nap is Nala."The dark colored Ga-Matoran was hanging around Nen's shoulder now sleeping away."She's sneaky like that." Kalama said seeing the looks of surprise go around as nobody had noticed Nala there until Kalama had pointed her out."And who are these folks Com?" Kali asked."Oh!" Tanuka took over from here. "These are the Toa that joined up to help us look for you." She said. "This is JL and Cyrax, here is Thama and Nen, Agarin, Ara'kas... where did everybody else go?" She asked Thama."No luck with Taipu huh?" Kalama said. "Not so much with Kapura ether."" 'e bloodey fast 'ats wot 'e iz!" Yuni said. "Evr' toome we gut clooase, 'e'd buggar oof!"

"Well so much for the whole 'keep quiet and hope they don't spot us' plan. Kylina said watching the Toa yell, jump about, and wave weapons up at them.""Do you think we should buzz them?" Mawl asked."Naw... you hear that bro-dude? Something about free weapons." Tawk said."Dude-bro. Nothin's ever free.""Point. OOH! You think they got the good slosh down there?""...Hey! Hey! You might be onto something dude! Shall we land and find out O' Mistress Kylina? OW!" Tawk said as Kylina whacked him."Stop calling me that. Well we might as well figure out where this village stands. Xavier! You good to drop and have a chat?""...Yeah I should be okay.""Take him down Mawl!""You mean attack them or drop Xavier?" Mawl and Tawk laughed.Kylina rolled her eyes. "Are you ALWAYS that slow Mawl? It's a wonder you haven't crashed yet.""OOH! Sick burn! I think I got scortched when she let that one loose!" Tawk roared out laughing."It was my pleasure to be of service Mistress Kylina." Mawl tipped an invisiable hat before snap-rolling the Kahu into a dive at a nearby tree. Mawl pulled out at the last second buzzing the tree. Xavier leapt free at the last second grabbing a hold of of and sliding down the tree. Hitting the ground he tucked and rolled backwards before getting back onto his feet, dusting himself off, and looking around."Hello." He said.

From that high up? I'll go take a look.

OOC: I'm not surprised. Lei has a thing for Le-Matoran. She has singlehandedly dated most of the entire Koro at this point.IC: "As you're not a Marine I can't force you to stay or go." Kalama said. "You can stick around and wait for news of Kapura or follow us around and come back here when you get word. Granted I'll probably come back if I hear anything and word travels fast among the Marines." He shrugged. "Your call.""If you get bored you can always come to Ga-Koro and look me up cuite." Lei winked at Sisk. "If I'm free we can go some some... fun." She ran her fingerd down the side of his Kanohi and under his chin up the other side before swaying out of arms reach.

You have to remember Vezok I said all inclusive. In the case of the Fourth Great Tarakava Raid, the Marines and the Tarakava will be duking it out overall. (Esentually Me vs Staff Member) Players will be mostly attacking each other or the opposing faction of the side they joined the fight on. Every so often ether myself or the Staff running Makuta's forces will post a key battle point that will require the players to respond to and duke it out over a key position, completeing or keeping the other side from completeing an objective. Whichever side actually manages to complete this battle point will turn the tide in favor of their side. Whoever has the advantage after a set time period wins the fight.

And who said I was going to leave the staff out of this? When I mean everybody I mean EVERYBODY will be involved. I'm just curious what you guys want to see first so I know what to start planning for.

Looking around she realized to her horror...She was alone..."Guys?" She called out nervously. "Agarin? Cyrax? Kamaehu? Thama? Hello? Anybody?""TANUKA!" A high pitched voice called out before something collided with her leg.-------"Oh? And what would that be?" Kalama asked Sisk. They had left the warehouse following several brawls. Lei had taken a surprise beating from a Guardsmen and was playing up a limp despite being none worse for wear. She was using the excuse to use Sisk for a crutch."You decided you were going to stay with us forever and ever and ever?" Lei asked."I highly doubt that Lei." Kalama said."Isn't that Tanuka?" Kali asked pointing out a familar Toa of Water exiting the tunnel."You're right." Kalama said curiously. "What's she doing here alone?""TANUKA!" Lei called out excitedly forgetting to act the limp and tackling the Toa's leg. Tanuka yelped in surprise and wheeled her arms managing to keep her balance before look down into the eye of the excitable Corporal."Tanuka! Where have you been? Did you come from Onu-Koro? Did you like it? Did you get to meet lots of people? Who'd you meet? Did you ride an ussal crab? Did you go fast? How'd you get to Onu-Koro?" Lei asked rapid fire."Hey Lei. What happned to your limp?" Kalama asked.Lei turned and tapped her fingers together looking left and right averting her gaze."...I got better..."Laughter went up among the Marines.Kalama turned back to Tanuka. "Where are the others? I thought I said to meet up at Rock Frost.""Oh! We couldn't find Taipu so we decided to come this way and hopefully meet up you and then go to Rock Frost. You found the girls.""I did. No such luck with Kapura though. I think they're safe enough for the time being. Come on. Let's go see if we can find the others." Kalama waved at the Toa of Water to fall in line which she happily did glad to not be alone."You shoulda seen Hotu Tanuka!" Lei said bouncing in a circle around the Toa as they walked. "4 on 1. FOUR ON ONE! And she beat the Kanohi off those Sanctum Guard! Then-then-then Yuni got up there and fought that one Ussalry just like the stories say using her FRYING PAN against his SWORD! It was most hilarious and awesome thing I've ever seen!""Alright, alright! Keep it down Lei." Maya chided Lei. "As good as they are what happened in that building stays in that building."

Sorry for my extened absense. Betaki got Skyrim and it turns out she's horrible at real time combat and following directions so yours truly has had to bail her out of some nasty situations early in the game.I'll get to sorting out the messes for those traveling with me.The optomism is admireable EW but nobody talked to Kapura or Taipu before Tuck vanished. Nobody knows (despite it be obvious) what their clues are or Emzee and I would have been racing to ether eliminate or save them by now. So until ether the remaining staff feels like they want to move the plot forward or Tuck comes back, Nuju has made it clear they won't be found. Consider the out of play temperary though. ;)Taking that into considertation, I've got two major events. Running both won't be too much of a problem. The question is which one should I do first as these are going to be rather massive all inclusive PvP events should enough people choose to get involved.First up, The Fourth Great Tarakava Raid: Tarakava have been seen massing just outside the mouth of Naho Bay. Fearing another Tarakava Raid the Marine Corps have withdrawn all avalible forces in defense of Ga-Koro. This one looks like it's going to be the biggest one yet. Do you stand in defense of Ga-Koro with the Marines or will you assist the Tarakava in sinking it to the bottom of the bay?The second one is your typical Marine Raid. A sizable criminal haven has been discovered on the coast of Le-Wahi. After weeks of scouting, elements of the Marines have been moblized to wipe it out of existance. Naturally these criminals aren't going to go quietly. Do you join in the amphbious assault and bring these criminals to justice or are you of the lesser morals fighting to push those Marine dogs back into the sea?Which one do you guys want to see first?
