https://youtu.be/NMJtLuMkK48 Download Kastor is a short (2 month) project I worked on, without quite meaning to: it only dawned on me about halfway through development that I'd started creating it. It's a turn-based roguelite, with the emphasis on map completion and weapon customization. Oh, and monsters. Lots of monsters. It's available for download on Android, Windows, and Mac. If you want to play it on another platform, drop me a comment here and I'll see what I can do. There are no ads, no IAPs, and (hopefully) no bugs. Just a load of 8-bit goodness. Who am I kidding: There'll be bugs. [] You can report any that you find here.

Marshie's Lovely 8-Bit Kit a lovely kit for lovely people salutations friends and people. i am the one known as marshie, and as you can see i have started drawing a sprite kit. because drawing sprites is just what i do. anyway, let's get into what this kit is about. if you couldn't tell from the title, this lil' sheet is done in eight whole bits of color. that is two-hundred and fifty-six entirely different colors and if that doesn't blow your mind i don't know what will. the old nes-style type graphics is the theme for today, and i've included an nes palette on the sheet that i typically use, but you are by no means limited to using just that; really this is more about the simplistic style than the colors, after all. or at least, as simplistic as some of these pieces can get while still being reasonably accurate. what even is UP with that metru matoran chest piece, anyway?? so! as you can see this sheet is nowhere near finished yet. i've barely started on it in fact. but worry not, at the very least i intend to have a much wider array of masks to choose from within a day or two or three or seven. limbs, of course, will be expanded as well, and i will be adding bodies as i feel like it or stumble on a nifty MOC i want to spriterize....... but that's for the future. for now, have this barely useable sprite sheet: current version: 0.0.11 additional items: great spirit robot as i said, work in progress, expect many updates. many, many updates. also feel free to tell me what stuff you want to see here specifically; i just jump around randomly on these things but if somebody wants something specific i'll probably actually do it. or if somebody has a nifty moc they want spriterized well i do love working with that sort of thing... there's practically nothing on this thing yet, so i'm not exactly expecting some explosion in popularity but if anybody does want to use it for whatever then go for it. i don't have any restrictions on use, but it'd be cool if you let me know what you're doing with them so i can check it out and rate it five stars. unless the rating is out of ten in which case i'd be happy to rate your project 10/10. that is all, please go back to your daily lives now. hopefully your life has been enriched by the knowledge that marshie's lovely 8-bit kit is a thing that exists.
