There are things I like and things I hate. The main thing is the CBLs which stands for Computer Based Learning. Being in electronics now, I have about 25 of them to do. And they are extremely boring. And there is so much stuff to learn. Such as the cash register, which I understand a bit more of now. I can now operate one, it still confuses me a bit. First sale: PS3 and a game. Most frequently asked question: Do you have the Wii? Most wanted recent game by people: Madden '08 Suggesting the Wii over the other systems: Priceless. It is better than being a cartpusher, as I moved from a paygrade 1 to a paygrade 4. Plus, I get my evaluation soon which means I'll get a raise on top of that. Which makes me very happy, cuz money = games/LEGO Bricks. And in the end isn't having more Lego sets what we all want? Anyway, I get to have some fun at Wal-Mart in a few hours. And I have to close electronics tonight, alone. Kohaku

Well, today I head off to a... family reunion. A great way to end my summer. D= Well, seeing as I am the uninformed one in the family, I have no clue when I'll he back. I'll be around the bay area of California, if anyone have any idea where there might be. Well... See you... soon? Quick question, where is this quote originally from? "It's over nine Thousaaaaaand!!!"

I'm happy. Very happy. Words cannot describe just how happy I am. (Nor can an emoticon) Yesterday, I talked with a friend I haven't seen in six or seven years. So, never forget your friends even if you haven't seen them in ages. Remember that, they are still your friends. Kohaku

I'm moving up in my job. Soon, I won't be a Cart Pusher / Stockman. Oh no, I'll be working in Electronics. Soon that is. It'll be busy and all that, but I'd rather not be a cart pusher when winter comes around. And, I'm not even out of the 90 day probationary period. I'm just that awesome. Some men are born to greatness, others have it thrust upon them. Then there are those of us that have it both ways. Kohaku

For the most part, I am a levelheaded person. I don't get angry often. You could probably insult me until you turned blue, yet it wouldn't affect me. Either that, or I would agree. However, there are exceptions to this. Ironically, the thing that angers me most is when people say that I am angry. Strange, no? Well, for the sake of having a question for the peoples, what comments make you most angry? Also, what color does a Smurf turn when they can't breath...? Oh wait, for anyone who may have been wondering, yesterday's quote came from Bungie's (the maker of Halo, for those who don't know) website. I quess I'll have to keep my nerd award...

Yeah. I'm now a college student. Things change so fast, considering just last month I graduated from high school... Anyway, I'm going for a Bachelors Degree in Game & Simulation Programing with DeVry. The cool thing is it is online, so I can do it whenever I have the time. My classes this session are: Critical Thinking and Problem-SolvingComputer Applications for Business with LabPsychology The easiest will be the computer one as the focus is on basic stuff, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. And it uses Office 2003, I'm am Microsoft Certified in those programs. (I am a Microsoft Certified Master.) Master Level (Version 2002): Word - ExpertExcel - ExpertPowerpoint - CoreOutlook - Core That class should be easy. Like very easy. More to come on college... Kohaku

Last weekend was Major League Gaming's second event of 2007, which took place in the Meadowlands in New Jersey. Being a short trip away and a huge Halo fan, I of course stopped by to watch the pros do their thing. In my mind, gaming has recently gone to a whole new level, there are people making a living off of playing games competitively, and people like me who watch it and follow it almost as if it's a sport. And if you want my opinion, it's a whole lot more interesting than watching something like baseball or golf. As for the actual event, I've been fairly busy with summer classes and such (which is why it took a week for me to get this posted) so I only attended during the Halo 2 Championship 4v4 on Saturday night and Sunday. I'm a Final Boss fan, having admired the Ogre twins since the Halo 1 years and the AGP LAN events, so I was hoping they could repeat their success at Charlotte in April. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed, as Final Boss put an end to those who questioned if they still had what it takes to beat Carbon. When you win Warlock CTF 5-1 and beat Carbon at their best gametype without breaking a sweat, you know who's in charge. In addition to Final Boss, I was really impressed with Perfect Storm's performance. They came out of the Open 4v4 to place third overall. Granted, Legit and Naded are two of the best slayers on the circuit, but that's still a lot of matches to play. I think they may have what it takes to beat Carbon in Dallas. As a parting thought, here's a picture that was posted on MLG's website during the event. That dashing young man on the far left watching intently as Final Boss dominated Type Z is none other than yours truly:

Yeah my life has got more interesting today. Hence why I am home early. Many of you know that I work at a Wal-Mart. Today (and from what I learned yesterday) were very interesting. Yesterday they had some sort of gas leak. People had to leave and such. Today was more interesting At about 7:00 PM central time people have to leave the store. Everyone had to leave. The reason a bomb threat was made. I'm not going to go in depth but... people do get to leave early. Yes it is on the local news. (I found that out a minute before I posted this.) Unfortunately, I didn't get the Mahri because they sold out. That ain't important. I won't be posting the link and video(until it is on another website) because of some other stories it has but I do have the article. Kohaku

Last night we received word that a family member has passed on. Literally all of her organs shut down on her. This is such a shock because Tuesday everything seemed fine then overnight things fell apart. I'd rather not say anything else. Also, I'm going to try to stay on schedule with most of my stuff. But if I don't I hope you guys will understand. *sigh* This is really going to ruin the mood on Saturday at my Graduation Party. Kohaku

Yesterday our hot water heater busted. This poses a large problem when you need to take a shower for work. Cuz, it sucks without hot water. So, I'm a little angry from that. Other than that, I picked up Lava Chamber Gate and Piraka Outpost. They are better than I originally thought they would be. Anyway, I have them now. My first playsets from last year... Also my mom wasn't happy that I had more Lego. I got two new games, Mario Party 8 and Pokemon Diamond. So, they've been taking away my time. Kohaku

Today I graduated. Therefore I'll give a bit of information about the event. Not much though. Only because my next entry will have pictures! For now a really short summary. Class of 2007 The Speaker was Mr. Moore, who has been the gym teacher for ages. In five days he will retire. He asked all of the seniors to bring in a quarter and he would match what was brought to him to help fund cancer research. He will be missed. Class Flower: Tiger Lily Class Colors: Black and White School Colors: Orange and Black Class Motto: "Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world." - Joel Arthur Barker But, last of all it is dedicated to the former classmate Nathan W. who is no longer with us. R.I.P. Nathan. Kohaku

I'm now done with classes. And, it's like wow, it's been really fun. It's hard to believe that such an important part of my life is coming to an end, while another part will soon be opening when I start college... Anyway, the graduation ceremony is this Sunday, expect a blog entry then. (Party in my Blog! ) I could go into some long speech like thing but I decided against it. Also, I plan on actually getting a new avatar, I'm just to lazy to really make it. I'll do it tomorrow if I have time. Kohaku

I'll start by saying I have a job at Wal-Mart, I'm a Cart Pusher / Stockman. It's easy but it has taken up a lot of my time, that and school which ends Thursday. Friday and Sunday I had Brewer games which rocked. On Friday we were one section away from being in the Party Section of the game. I wanted a T-Shirt. Oh well. Anyway the Brewers won both games. Finals are happening for school now, it's hard to believe that I'm literally done with High School... Anyway, I'll actually be on BZP these next few days cuz I don't work. And have no homework. Currently listening to: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End soundtrack That was a great movie. I know you all want some spoilers, but you don't get any. Why? Cuz, I'm a pirate. Go watch it if you haven't seen it. It is my favorite of the three movies. Kohaku

Yep, school's out for the summer. Yay! More free time!

Not the furry kind. I got me a mouse for my Lappy, made by Windows and compatible with Vista. But, it would also work with a Mac. Why Microsoft made a mouse that also works with Macs, I have no idea. It is nicer than the touchpad though, plus it'll make games and homework easier. Plus I saw a crazy $95 mouse at Walmart. If a mouse is $95, it had better be able to do things via voice command. Why anyone would need a mouse like that I have no idea. Programmable buttons are nice but they aren't really necessary. Kohaku

First, I had no school today, because it was Senior Skip day. So, yay! Second, I'm angered about Brickmaster, yet again. I got my set early in the month although, I never got my magazine. I am ticked off about this. If I don't get it tomorrow, I will seriously call up Lego to get it, and they are going to have to send something else, making a mistake on three consecutive months of Brickmaster (four total) is unacceptable. Although... PotC has kept me in a very good mood. So, a song! Hoist the Colors The King and his men stole the Queen from her bed And bound her in her boat. The seas be ours and by the powers Where we will, we'll roam. Yo ho, all together, hoist the colors high Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die! Elizabeth sings further lyrics during her trip to Singapore (Can also be heard on the song named, "What Shall We Die For"): Yo ho, all hands, raise the colors high Heave ho, thieves and beggars, never sail ye by Kohaku

Guess who is going to PotC at the midnight showing... which actually takes place at 8:00PM? Anyway, I'll post after the movie. Oh, and don't touch my dirt. Kohaku

I'll keep this short... I'll start with Friday. I went to a Brewer game and they lost. But I managed to see, not one but two teachers there. Which was cool. Saturday, had a job interview at Wal-Mart. Sunday, went to my niece and nephews birthday party. Today, third part of the Wal-Mart interview. Now if I do get the job, which I probably will, I'll ge an employee discount. Savings on Lego and other things, ftw! Kohaku

Last Friday was the last day of my internship. Today was my first day of summer classes. Sometimes it seems like I never get a break, but summer classes aren't too bad. Sure I may be taking 25 credits this summer, which is probably twice what some schools require during a normal semester, but I'm crazy like that. I'll probably end up having more free time than when I was interning, since there will be less commuting and more downtime during the day when I can log on. But nonetheless, it's school during the summer, which never sounds like a good thing. Oh well, that's life for you.

I'm posting this entry from Omicron's computer, because he won't let me hook mine up to the internet. It's ok though, when I get home I'll ban him or something. So, I'm here at Anime Boston for the day. I never knew there were over 12,000 people obsessed with it enough to come to Boston and dress up like characters from shows and games. Omi has one of the better costumes, but that just means he has too much money and free time. Not my kind of thing, but if they want to do it, they can go right ahead. Rooster Teeth was there, which was the main draw for me. I got my DVDs and Soundtrack signed, awesome stuff. Well that's it for now...

Woot! Gotta party today. This explains everything. I'll make a post in it after my party. Anyway the Brewers beat the Pirates 10-0 last night. Woot! Current Brewer record for games I've been at this season: 1-2 Kohaku

Those of you who know me know I'm a huge Halo fan. And you can't love Halo without knowing (and loving) Red vs Blue, the hilarious comedy series from Rooster Teeth Productions. I've been a fan and sponsor ever since Season One, so when I heard they were going to be at AnimeBoston this year, my interest was piqued. Then I read that Trocadero, the band that does the music for RvB, would be doing their first concert in three years at a club in Cambridge and I knew I had to go. It just so happened that Omicron was going to be at AnimeBoston too, so I'd get a chance to hang out with him again and introduce him to an awesome band. So I drove up there on Saturday, hung out with him and another friend of mine, AJ, who's not a BZPower member, and went to the show last night. The other bands weren't that great, so we played some pool while we were waiting for Trocadero to come on. It caught on, and pretty soon a bunch of the RvB fans were in there too. Gus (Simmons) and Joel (Caboose) even joined us and chatted a bit (mainly heckling our inability to play pool). Then it came time for Trocadero to take the stage. Everyone else crowded in to get a good spot. I must say, the show was fantastic. They played a number of songs from RvB, including Blood Gulch Blues, A Girl Named Tex, Vale Deah, Alien Champion, and two of my personal favorites, Steady Ride (Gun Metal Green) and No One. They also did Crazy Zoo (the theme song from Stranger Hood), covered Mad World (you might remember it from the Gears of War commercial from last winter), and a couple other songs that haven't been released (that I'm aware of). All in all it was an awesome time. The weather was great, got to hang out with some friends and meet a few Red vs Blue fans (as well as a couple of the creators!). I'd do it again in an instant if I heard they were doing another show like that. Great fun. (Two blog entries in two days? What is the world coming to!?)

Truth is evil when you have to finish a 12 page paper on it that is due in two weeks. It sucks, cause I procrastinate. Which I probably shouldn't do. I'll have it done though, it'll cut into my BZP time though. It is boring though... 12 pages on truth. Gah. Not fun. Stupid Brit. Lit. In other news I'll be reading A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams for the class mentioned above. Don't spoil it for me though, cause I haven't read it. And I'll post that bio this weekend. Been too busy to do it yesterday or today. Kohaku

Yeah, we got snow today. I don't care much for snow in the middle of April. Everything was canceled after school which isn't a surprise considering all day we were under a winter storm warning. Stupid weather. Anyway I created a MOC which was originally going to be for BBC 42... although I wouldn't call it cute so, I'll make something else instead. Although, I think it would be a fitting water Rahi. I'll end up posting it after the contest ends. I also made one of Roa McToa's chibi Piraka, namely Thok, based on here instructions here. I must say chibi Thok is cute. I never thought I'd call a Piraka cute, but I have. And now the rabid Piraka fans are gonna probably maul me for calling him cute. Also, whoever viewed my blog from Milwaukee, be sure to send me a PM, I'm not that far away. Kohaku
