Onua, Brute of Earth (combination build of Master of Earth/Protector of Earth). When a sudden cave-in crushes Korgot, Onua carries on her memory. This is a MOC, using only parts from Onua, Master of Earth and Protector of Earth. The action feature works well, moving both sets of arms in opposite direction. The stud shooter is functional as well, though a bit harder to operate.

A while back, I posted a combo model made from Korgot, Onua, and Basher, and was basically a much larger version of Basher. As promised, I bought more sets and made more combo models. Fire will be up i a separate topic, and Jungle will have to wait until I get Vizuna. But, anyway, onto the Stone model! First off, I don't like this one. The Stone sets leave very little to work with, having no long bone pieces or any friction-adders, which made this model really short and floppy. I went through two iterations of Stone combos, the first of which was a sort of spidery centaur that couldn't hold itself up for more than a second. Deeming it a failure, I killed it and rebuilt it into this thing. Pose Front Close-up Back With Gali There you have my Stone combo. No one-leg test for this guy because he has no friction joints and could barely stand as it it.

And, here's the other guy. This one, along with the Earth Titan, is my favorite so far. Like the Earth titan, he's more of a revamp of the Skull Villain incorporated into the build. Made exclusively from parts from Narmoto, Tahu, and Mask Maker vs Skull Grinder. Pose Front Back Pose 2 One-foot test/dancing Size comparison Kopaka's gonna die Well, there you have it. Next up is either Jungle or Ice, depending on how quickly I get Vizuna or my brother gets Skull Warrior. Until then, enjoy!

Having picked up Skull Basher the other day, I decided to do a bit of MOCing. Using only parts from Onua, Korgot, and Basher, I have constructed this monstrosity! Finished it in about 25 minutes (not counting the destroying of the three component sets). ^Click for gallery^ Front Back Pose Second pose Close-up of the torso One-foot test Size comparison "Well, it was nice knowing you, Tahu." Leftover parts Dear LEGO, This is how you should do combiners. Sincerely, me. Comments, criticism, and carrot-cake appreciated. Enjoy!

This here topic is to discuss what, in your opinion, are the best and/or worst official combiners of the Bionicle franchise. (Excluding Gaardus, of course. That's just cheating.) Best: I would have to vote for the Kardas Dragon. Mainly because I like dragons. Worst: Again, excluding Gaardus, my personal least favorite combiners would be the 'Power-up' combiners from the new sets. While not really...awful, they really don't add much in the way of playability, and sometimes even hinder some of the Toa's original dang functions. So, what are your opinions?

Inspired from the Firefly moc which was a combo of Scorpio and Splitface. I made this moc using only the parts from the Joker Ultrabuild set and Voltix. Originally it was going to be a Voltix ripoff. Then I decided on a female moc. I made sure not to use any of the red or orange parts in the sets except for the red axles. I did use every purple piece except for joker`s orange and purple tie.Anyways enjoy the mocFronthttp://upload.bricks...lightshade1.jpgBackhttp://upload.bricks...lightshade2.jpgSidehttp://upload.bricks...lightshade4.jpgFront closeuphttp://upload.bricks...lightshade3.jpgShield weaponhttp://upload.bricks...lightshade5.jpgLauncher weaponhttp://upload.bricks...lightshade6.jpgTop view of headhttp://upload.bricks...lightshade7.jpgTailhttp://upload.bricks...lightshade8.jpgBonus- Revamp of Voltix.
