So now that it's relevance to the story has ended, do we have an inkling of why the Labyrinth of Control was created? We know ancient Okotoan's built it for a reason, you don't build giant shifting mazes without a good reason. We also know you need to unite with an elemental creature to get into the central chamber, I assume that's a feature it always had because I don't see the elemental creatures as able to modify magitech like that. One reason it was built could be because of a vision from the mask of time, but I feel like someone else could come up with a better theory. Hence I made this topic.
