With a 13% revenue increase, a global toy market share of 8.8% (0.2% more than 2012), a 9.1% energy efficiency increase, 39% of female employees hired as Directors or higher (5% more than 2012) and more, all good numbers have increased while almost all bad numbers, like Lost Time Inury rate, have decreased. The increases came mostly due to a high growth in Asia and succesful Legends of Chima and Friends themes. With The LEGO Movie coming out this year, I can imagine 2014 becoming an unprecedented success for the company.
