Toa Kayn
Here is my BBC67 entry. I had some annoying complications concerning camera's so I had to take one of lower quality. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/ToaKayn/BBC67/link.jpg Link was really annoying to make. I don't usually do MOC's with custom bodies but I had a shot at it.My camera/phone won't connect to my laptop properly so I won't be able to put the other photos up at the moment.I don't expect this to get far in the voting process at all but then again as long as you had fun doing it, it was worth the time. I hope you enjoy my abomination. Edited March 19, 2014 by Toa Kayn 1 Quote Kayn's Thought: My hiatus of Bionicle has ended
Gamma-Ray
He can play with my Midna! I like the use of that foot piece for links cap. I know it's super difficult to represent clothing using Bionicle parts so well done. Keep experimenting with custom bodies I can tell you that it really pays off in the long run. Good luck in the contest! Gamma
JAG18
I don't think you did that bad, there is a great deal here to be admired IMO. The torso looks very nicely made, good job on that. The legs are good too, but not necessarily on par with the torso. That hat is very nice, when I saw that I immediately thought Zelda. Also, your use of color here is spot on. A few negatives, the arms seem a little, well simple and I kind of wish you had put a mask on him. The shield isn't exactly the best either, but I suppose it works well enough. I don't see the sword's blade in the picture so I can't comment on that unfortunately. Overall, this is a decent moc with a lot of nice touches. Not bad, Kayn. Toa Kayn
Thanks for the feedback guys! He can play with my Midna! I like the use of that foot piece for links cap. Good luck in the contest! Gamma I'll keep on practicing some techniques for the torso. Also I totally agree on the first sentence I don't think you did that bad, there is a great deal here to be admired IMO. The torso looks very nicely made, good job on that. Not bad, Kayn. The main reason I never put a mask on his is that I wanted his face to resemble a humans/hylians. The shield used to look a bit better but I had to downgrade it a lot as it got too heavy and his arm couldn't keep it held up. As for the sword's blade, it's a long tube like Krakua's. I don't have any double edged bionicle tools so I had to improvise, anyways thanks for your CC Quote Kayn's Thought: My hiatus of Bionicle has ended
