Regardless yeah, the Rua was released in chrome form for the Powerpack, but in a Hau shape, like Ras mentioned. What I see in the picture is indeed the silver Miru from the Krana packs. If they didn't pick up the Krana packs, they might have just gotten the mask loose off of somebody or at a yard sale or something.
