It looks pretty good; I particularly like how you made the leg joints. However, the grey in the legs throws off the color scheme. I also noticed that the arms can't be positioned downwards, and their lack of armor makes them look disproportionate to the rest of the body. He has a nice use of custom, however, his limbs are very akward, with thin arms that can't be posed down and short legs combined with huge feet.
