VBBN
I couldnt leave you guys without a little Xmas special, could I?Of course, this one isnt a red and green MOC like previous years, no, this time I bring you Poseidon and Titanic.Firstly, before we get to the pics(there are a lot), let me just show you what you can expect by the end of this topic; Now that has your attention, let's start with Posiedon. When you think of Poseidon, you think of some guy with gray hair and a trident. i kept a trident, but decided to make it a Goddess of the sea. To be honest this is just a pathetic little thing I thre together to pilot the titanic (And she also fits in my studio, unlike titanic )She holds the Trident Of Posiedon, and the Anchor of Titanicnext up, a TRIPLE changing transformer, Titanic; Here he is in his boat mode. In boat mode, a flase head makes up the front of the shipA mid view of the ship; The stomach of the ship;it also doubles ast he Cockpit for Posiedon. Shes in there, but ore on that laterThe tail of Titanic; Here is the cockpit, a closer view; The ribcage backhere will open, so that the top flap can be openedNext, Titanic Turns into an "attack mode"And finally, you pull him off of the boat, and turn him into his righful SEA DEMON mode;Do note, that my normal camera is not working right now as I have to replace it, so if the photos look of horrid quality, then my apologies. I did indeed use my old camera for these, which has a tendancy to blur things far too easily. When I get my nw camera I will take some better picture of this monstrosity- Of course, that's another reason why this guy is not fun to photograph, he is massive and doesnt fit in my studio at allAnyways, that's all for today, happy holidays everyone Edited December 24, 2011 by Toxic White
Obsessionist
To me, it looks alot like a jumbled mess of pieces. A more finished look would be better. That aside, the transformations are awsome. It certainly looks very sea demon-y. The heads are great. Posiedon is cool, but very basic. I suggest adding armor on the upperlegs and maybe getting rid of one of the colors. Very neat creations altogether. Captain Marvel
Wow, that Titanic is one gigantic MoC. The sheer size of it impresses me. However, like Lego Obsessionist said, I feel like it needs to be more complete. It looks to me a bit like a bulky skeleton, if you know what I mean. Try using Hero Factory chestplates or old Metru Matoran chestplates to cover it up, I've noticed those work nicely. The head is great, though, it looks very menacing and deadly. :DPoseidon also needs to be bulked up a bit. I realize that you just threw him together so that Titanic could have a rider, but I feel that if you went back and gave Poseidon some serious time and thought, he could make a great rider for a monstrous mount. But keep the hook, whatever you do, it looks awesome. Keep up the good work!-CM
Toa Genris
Wow. That is impressive. the Titanic is incredible especially. my question is, what is the krika spike thing on Posiedon's shoulder for?other than that, it's way awesome. 10 out of 10 from me
AuRon the champion
I like the idea, however, it does look a little mashed, and seems more like the ships of old where demons and dragons decorated their hulls. But overall, you took a nice idea, applied it, and came out with a pretty nice MOC, I congratulate you. Quote BZPRPG Characters
Zionfighter7G
That is one giant Sea Creature that looks like he'd be able to beat the hay out of anyone. It looks best in Creature Form, in my opinion. Quote It's been so long since I've been on a forum site, I forgot how to Banner. This is a problem that Mark Ruffalo had at the start of Thor: Ragnarok, but mine is more difficult. Although, I think an equal amount of Chris Hemsworth will fix it.
