What do the masks besides someone's name mean?

G'day Yall, 

 

I have been pondering this for quite some time. What do those masks mean? I, myself have a Vahi and have seen people have other ones. Does it relate to your rank or is it just random?

[Makuta Luroka]

It shows how long you've been on the site. You get a new one for every year you've been on. You also get a Copper Mask of Victory for filling your proto bar and reaching OBZPC

They're quite wonderful. Also if you look at Makuta Luroka's post you can see they have a little role of nuva masks; that comes from having Premier Membership. They correspond to the title you get, which is attached to the number of posts you've made. You get a different title and different picture the more posts you make (again, you only see the picture if you have Premier Membership).
