taking a precursory look at the instructions, it appears botar uses the blue piraka torso from brutaka, the silver nuva chest armor from axonn, both of which I'd imagine are fairly common parts. He uses both of the gold curved pieces from brutakas feet, but kardas only uses one. Botar uses eight of the metrutoran limbs, which are also pretty common. apart from that is one extra panrahk staff not being used on vezon's shield, the aforementioned ear, one orange eyestalk and metru head from brutaka, and possibly some other very small parts. Kardas uses most of the pieces from its component sets, with relatively few spare parts.

I love this cute little souvenir stand! Its so fun ❤️ The matoran builds are simple yet effective, all the little accessories are delightful, and I especially love the signage in the corner with the printed masks and the arrow ❤️

looks like it's a 1x9 on the box, maybe the instructions with the 1x11 is from a prototype? I had the set years ago and I think the instructions showed a 1x9 though I'm not sure (in any case, US here so not much to go on)
