It shouldn't come as a surprise that The Costume Store by Bricky_Brick has made the grade, as '10k Club veteran' doesn't begin to describe this builder. With at least eleven projects that have been or will be considered, Pablo seems to have the formula on lockdown, just like this modular-style building. While the costume shop itself is full of cool details, the apartments are also well-furnished with features like fold-down beds and fireplaces.
