The piece in question is part 54177, which only appeared in black in Stronius, as armor and in a Ninjago set (in it's last appearance, 12 years ago). Even with nothing groundbreaking in terms of part use, mimicking the simplicity of the original Mata, he looks like an actual Toa who could have washed ashore on Su-Wahi. The Toa of Water basically just looks like a blue Pohatu to me, but I like the image of her water powers in use, that was creative. Quote "You are an absolute in these uncertain times.
