I very highly doubt I'd be able to make it, Paradoxophobia. It'd take quite some work to turn the concept into a workable RPG format. As it is, the whole thing with pretty much everyone dying in a week's time is contradictory to the style of stay alive at all costs RPing, which most people use.

If you want to see this bad enough, you should IM me one of these days. I might be able to help with the conceptualization of it, including solving the issues that present themselves, like the one you just pointed out.

Darn, you made me think you were working on one. :P

Either way, I, too, would jump at the chance to participate in this.

I'm iffy about it. First I considered making a bionicle RPG of it. Threw that away. mainly due to armor (built in) and the difference in strengths of different species, as well as powers.

It would be a CoT RPG, definitely. But in order for me to progress from wishful thinking, I'd definitely need some (preferably experienced) people helping me with creation and running of it.

EW, I think I'll take you up on your offer. After, that is, I unearth my long unused AIM account. :P

Not gonna lie, I saw "Hunger Games" and I totally hardcore creeped on this entire entry.

I'd love to see this, a Hunger Games RPG might even drag me out of the Library into a more interactive forum. Would it be illegal to have the Hunger Games, but Bioniclized? or is that what you were proposing in the first place? And I'd say I'd love to help orgainize the thing, but I have sparse freetime as it is.

It would be powerless. The problem? I don't really want the games to be 24 guys in near full plate armor killing each other. Armor should be a special thing that gives you an advantage, not something you're born with.

:kaukau: You got EW to talk to you? Jealous.

Anyways, I would join if I read the book before it started. Something tells me that once it got going it would go on an initial spree and the first week would see about ten pages of material pile up. I prefer to come into RPGs early.

By the way, after I read the book I would also be willing to help iron out the details of how it could be adapted into an RPG. Granted, I'm not the player out there, but I do consider myself as knowing how RPGs work.

I can well sympathize with that... I've died in many RPGs because I joined a few days in, only to hopelessly flounder in seas of posts until I gave up and went inactive. Not fun.
