On Friday, Roosterteeth announced that Monty Oum (their lead animator, the creator of RWBY, and the guy that introduced animated fight scenes into Red vs. Blue - which isn't even talking about everything he did before joining Roosterteeth) had been hospitalized.

 

Today they announced that he passed away in the hospital.

 

So RIP, Monty. You will be missed.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't know any better way to remember Monty.
