The largest land arthopod

Posted by Sundowner , Dec 02 2012 · 147 views

Oh it's just some big centipede or something and DEAR GOD WHAT IS THAT LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT BUGGER!!

The coconut crab ladies and gentlemen the largest arthropod that lives on land. Weight 9 pounds at most, like to hang around trash cans. Found on small insignificant tropical islands in the Pacific. That thing is so creepy yet so cool at the same time.

How did I miss this?

Posted by Sundowner , Dec 02 2012 · 86 views

I don't anyone knows this but I suffer from a certain social media disease. It has no name but it can be described as: "Dude that book was released like two years ago." to which I would respond "Well then how the bloody heck did it suddenly become popular yesterday?" In short if something popular now was released in 2001 and got popular this year I'd be completely clueless about and left scratching my head. So while peering back way back (when I was Scanty Demon no less or last year) in my blog I found BioGio (who I still confuse for someone who spends a lot of time in the RPG section don't know that person's name). Well he said this:

Also, 50 Shades of Grey isn't written for kids, and I haven't read it, so there's really no reason for me to take issue with it.

Not only this but it brought up like three times in the entry. Now looking at my environment I see a lot of references to the book, now it's popular like so many things I've seen. So yeah

Who uses emotes like this /)*3*(\ more?

Posted by Sundowner , Dec 01 2012 · 116 views

So in my dangerous exploits across the internet, I think I may have found something. Girls on the internet are more likely to use more text emotes than guys. But then the thought occurred to me what if I'm wrong? So then I thought I should ask you guys, then I thought "gee I'm thinking a lot today." So yes who posts text emotes more boys or girls. Also for your viewing pleasure:

I read Ben Drowned

Posted by Sundowner , Nov 28 2012 · 145 views

I thought it was above average. I mean yes it was creepy but it never got above that level. This may stem from the fact that I thought but was some troll that was going too far but he could've written better. I also listened to the NES Godzilla Creepypasta which I think is actually better.

Both have the same concept an old videogame that secretly holds a living entity in it. But the Godzilla Creepypasta never explained to us what it was making it scarier, Ben just some slightly crazy kid trapped in a video game eh. In Godzilla the game is the monster in Ben a kid who we're told right off the bat is a ghost. Godzilla led up to Zenith which is crazy as ####. Ben didn't really build up to much except stick him on the Internet (yes fridge horror implications but really unless he shuts down the Internet then he's not really that scary). Now Godzilla isn't perfect my problem is that some of the sprites look funny (Solomon reminds of Squidward the way he moves and demeanor Best 1973!) which ruins the immersion some times.

In all fairness maybe I missed something or I wasn't in the mood and I also only read act 1. So maybe it gets better in later arcs? To Ben is like "The Shining" only without the climax and just builds up to nothing.

TL;DR: NES Godzilla Creepypasta > Ben Drowned.

"You shouldn't have done that,"

Legal drama

Posted by Sundowner , Nov 26 2012 · 103 views

For my comparative government class I have to write a two page essay about a supreme court case. I chose Gregg v. Georgia this case pretty much said that the death penalty was legal under certain contexts. Georgia's qualifications were acceptable, out of the five states tried two were not acceptable (North Carolina and Louisiana). Thus the case that said the Death penalty was "cruel and unusual punishment" Furman v. Georgia was overturned. Now I need to make that a two page essay. Sadly most of my time was dedicated to my S&T entry (priorities man!) now I'll be up late again. God I hate myself for that.

Also turns out I'm the most Pinkie Pie, that's actually not that far off in real life.

Starring Gorast! Also note the last part was rushed so I expect a lot of criticism at that part in particular. Enjoy and review it.

After seeing Eeko's avatar, searching forever, and some photo editing I changed my avatar.
Ta dah!
You would not believe how hard it was to make it my avatar.

If I did something wrong with the linking tell me.

Remember all the fun we had in the describe the avatar above you game? Those were good times. Maybe we can do this again? Y/N Don't know why I changed back to my old text color. Just cause I guess?

HarryxVoldemort! Is there a mental institution for people who ship this? Examples:

Summary: Harry is alone at Privet Drive, doing practically nothing until Voldemort pops up in his head. Being lonely, and Voldemort insisting in not leaving, they talk. Harry finds out a few facts he didn’t know, leaving him both confused and crying, and excited. What will the Gryffindor Golden Boy do when he’s coming to stay at Riddle Manor for the summer, and learn exactly how far Dumbledore’s manipulations go?

When Voldemort decides to visit Grimmauld Place, Harry willingly decides to accompany him. The summary is pointless so just read the story. LVxHP complete

HP/LV, HP/LM, HP/SS. Taken as a child, Harry grows up knowing Nagini as his caretaker and Voldemort as a person that he'd like nothing more than to impress.

I get some people ship enemies but this is ridiculous. It's like shipping Winston Churchill and Adolf Hitler (and that probably is a real ship). My sanity has decreased.
