You mean Internet Exploder?

 

I don't use it, but have seen a load of questions from problems about that browser.

I'm glad my Mac happens to use Safari, so I seldom see that problem. That's why it took me a while to figure out.

Huh, that's odd. I have Internet Explorer 9, and I can see the blog layout without any problems. Do you have Internet Explorer 7? If so, that could very well be your problem; IE7 was rather incompatible with most sites, if I recall correctly.
