Try "Add Blocks" next to "Add Entry".

It's not there either.

 

EDIT: They appear to exist now.

 

EDIT II: They're gone again.

I really dunno what to tell you other than go read one of the new Blog HQ entries since they have a section on the disappearing blocks.

Y'all better read that! I spent upwards of a half-hour just testing and compiling that list!
