A question: Can fighters who don't have an elemental affinity choose Shadow? Or would that defeat the purpose of the Shadow Leech?

Fighters without an affinity can still choose Shadow, yes. Shadow Leech is there in case a fighter with a fixed affinity wants to give another Element a try, and with the upcoming Partial Drain, so that they can have two Elements without using up an item slot.

Just Vorox. None of the others really appeal to me.

 

Pahrak, if you do include triple sponsoring, then I think you should just have these votes a couple more times and then stop. There are so many fighters now.

I don't know about restrictions. I was thinking just providing a 20,000 W boost when picking up a third.

Okay, I've look at the numbers;

 

There's 30 people playing total, with 27 non-sponsored fighters.

 

Only 16 people have dual sponsorship.

 

So, if we give the last 14 another fighter, that's 13 non-sponsored left.

 

Ergo, triple sponsorship might be a little too soon to call.

Well, how many people are actually going to go on to dual/triple sponsor? If we run out of fighters, I can always add a chunk of new ones.

I would triple on Virus. I miss him.

Hm...do you think burnout might become a problem if you allow triple sponsorship? I know I have a hard enough time as it is managing Electro and Gali, and I'm concerned a bunch of people will jump on the remaining fighters then their interest in those fighters will fizzle out, leaving us with a lot more "abandoned" fighters.

 

Oh, and Vorox gets my vote.

Yeah, one of my biggest concerns was that players would spread their resources too thin. Still on the fence about it.
