I Wish...

I wish I could hibernate through next week...gaaack.

 

Today was the worst day I've had in a while. Just, ugh. I about had an emotional breakdown during my Pre-Calc test. And then, of course, I had to rebound really quickly so I could take a Physics test. Which was hard, but I think I did okay. And THEN I got to panic and try to finish my History project, at the very last minute, while the rest of the class was in discussion. Barely got the dadgum thing done.

 

My brain is frieeeed. Christmas break can't come soon enough! Of course, I'll still be stressed, trying to get together everything for the holidays. This season just seems less jolly every year.:[ Not to complain, but seriously. I'm starting to seriously not look forward to college, too...and enormous tuition fees...bluh.

 

*crawls off to cobble together a project for English*

I sincerely walked into this entry fully expecting the first line to be "I wish I was a Oscar Meyer Weiner".

 

College is....well, it does get very stressful. The problem is is finding that perfect balance between your studies, extracurricular activities, and classes while still being social.

 

Chocolate might help. There's one gal who pole vaults here on the track team, and she always has chocolate for practices. But, just taking like a half an hour to chill out and listen to some calming music, drink some tea or hot chocolate, etc. can really help you in the long run.

Take it easy and try not to worry about things so much.

Things just get more stressful....when you think of it being even more....stressful.... <.< >.>

Maybe you get what I'm trying to say...but...yeah lol

Scholarships will be your friend, hun. When I was looking up that stuff--I didn't believe all the different ways to make college tuition easier. Not to mention financial aid. As long as you try to stay on top of it, you'll be fine.

 

Nukaya beat me to the punch. Sometime just forgetting about problems for a mere ten minutes would help--go for a walk, eat chocolate--do anything to get your mind of the problem and just not worry about the future. But I'm so sorry things have been rough, it just stinks. Try your best, and don't worry about what others think or tell you. I know you're far more smarter and talented than me, and you'll do really well.

yeah, I really need to just take some time to chill...get out of the house and hang out somewhere. Of course, whenever I try to take a break here, my parents pester me to study or whatever. It's...a problem. I need to sit down with them and discuss it, being stressed all the time is fail and doesn't help anything.

Hm yeah, I need to get on top of hunting around for scholarships. I'm supposed to meet up with my school counselor to discuss college stuff sometime, too...mmyes.

Gah, I hate days like that. Where so much [expletive] happens...like how I can't find a month's worth of classwork for math.

Also, maybe Death to Analog would help. Or maybe I'm just adding stress.
