  1. I remember when BIONICLEstory.com was still online, I still enjoyed reading the Serials, Reign of Shadows, while the Glatorian sets and the Glatorian Legends had it's run. I even enjoyed The Yesterday Quest and The Powers that Be after BIONICLE ended the story with the Star sets (Bionicle Stars) in 2010.
  2. No. Just No. If BIONICLE comes back next year, then I hope they would retcon or 'reboot' the serial (The Yesterday Quest and The Powers that Be on BIONICLEstory.com). And rewrite the serial as the new main storyline for the New Bionicle sets and media (Comics, Books, games, Movies, etc). I agree with everyone that LEGO needs to attract new fans. But as an older fan, I would love to see a continuation, after the last story, All that glitters(?) and Journey's end. I want to visit/revisit Spherus Magna and see what happens next to the Toa, Glatorian, Matoran, Agori and Turaga. Right after the events of the old story. I apologise if I might offended anyone. But I feel strong about the franchise and the story. I wanted BIONICLE to come back, as a sequel. And have a chance to explore Spherus Magna as The New World. I won't be cross if Lego rebooted Bionicle.
  3. @TheGreatSpirit Can you post me a link to his page? Thanks!
  4. This might have been discussed before on Bzpower but I was wondering what if the former Toa Metru (Turaga of Mata Nui), Turaga Dume, and the other Turaga could become Toa again, from the power of the mask of life? Even though they are already retired (completed their destiny). It would be an amazing story where the Toa from the past could team up with the Toa Nuva, Toa Hagah or the Toa Mahri and have a "legend war" against Makuta Teridax or the other main villians and threats. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea?
  5. @toa kopaka 4372 But it gave us an ideal of great imagination. BIONICLE has given me inspiration about the Great Beings and their origin. And I think (in my mind) they were the relatives of the Glatorian. Who somehow got their powers by luck, after Annona (I think) tried to feed them (on their dreams). @Adventurer I wouldn't say The Great Beings created themselves first. I think they would start out as ordinary inhabitants with the Glatorian and the Agori. And they somehow gain magical powers from Annona (by accident, of course ) to have the unlimited imagination and complex science? The Bionicle storyline would reference to the creativity of ordinary lego builders who has creativity and imagination? In my mind, I always thought Bionicle would have technology, sci-fi and magic rolled into one.
  6. I have been a member on Bzpower since 2002 and when LEGO first launched Bionicle in 2001. I have always been a big fan of Bionicle, even after their cancellation with the Bionicle Stars in 2010. I love all the sets they released (From the Toa Mata sets to the Bionicle Stars) and I enjoyed every storyline from Each Year. I'm very optimistic that Bzpower will have both generation of fans, (Kids, Teens and Adults), new and old members, will come together as a fan community. I, for one, don't mind the new system build from HF. I am very happy and very excited to see Bionicle back in 2015. I wonder what the next story will be? If it's a continuation, will it take place after Journey's end? (Unity. Duty. Destiny.)
  7. @Jam Pot Studios Yes, but this was Jerbraz before he turned invisible. Don't worry, Toa Chronix. I'm now fixing the links for Helryx.
  8. If Bionicle does come back (I hope it comes back) as a continuation, maybe they should 'retcon' the serials (The Yesterday quest and the Powers That Be)? and have a new rewritten story that would take place after Journey's end in 2010 (Mata Nui and Makuta robots fighting, Tahu and the golden armor, etc)? As for the new main villain, I don't think I would want any Toa to go bad (turn evil) (toa nuva, toa mahri, toa hagah, etc). I'm happy with Toa Tuyet and Toa Nidhiki. I would love to see a new makuta (Brotherhood of Makuta member) take over from Teridax or maybe someone else like Karzahni?
  9. Wow thanks guys! I know a lot of people have made MOCs for Toa Helryx, before LEGO released the Digital Designer (I think they released it in 2010?) but I always thought she would look like that knight from LEGO Knights Kingdom. With armor parts from Hero Factory Breakout.
  10. As much as I would like the return of brown, I just don't see it happening. Lego got rid of the brown sets for a reason (though Ogrum did have quite a bit). He'll probably be Keetorange or tan (hopefully, at least) or something similar. And since pretty much everybody acknowledges that the Mata will probably be back next year, I'm not sure how I feel about it. The Mata/Nuva/Phantoka/Mistika/Star sets weren't bad, and they are all amazing characters, but if we're bringing it back, I want to give some other heroes a chance to shine. I would like to see some old faces mixed with new, some of those Matoran that deserve to be Toa along with some that have already proven themselves out of the spotlight. We could use this chance to prove LEGO once and for all that we love Brown and Tan. Here, here! I agree with you! Although I'm sure LEGO listens to the Bionicle Fanbase (BZPower, maskofdestiny.com, solismagna.com, etc).

I hope Pohatu is brown and tan again like the 2002 Pohatu. Because I hated the orange colour scheme for the Phantoka Pohatu, even though I loved the set.
  12. There are many characters in the BIONICLE Universe and in the Storyline. That were not yet made into a set. Such as Toa Helryx, the first Toa of Water and leader of her secret organization, the Order of Mata Nui. And the members of her team: Jerbraz, Johmak, Toa Krakua and Tobduk. The official sets of other Members, Axonn and Brutaka, were released in 2006, as the Summer Titans. With the Toa Inika sets and the Piraka. And another Summer Titan for Hydraxon in 2007 (another member from the OoMN) with the Toa Mahri sets, the Barraki, Gadunka, Maxilos and Nocturn. I've made a Bionicle MOC for Toa Helryx and her members on LEGO Digital Designer. It was difficult to find all the set pieces from Bionicle. I imagined she would look similar to the Toa Mata, as she was the first Toa of Water created before Gali and the Toa Mata. After a long time I have managed to build her digitally. NOTE: My Account on Brickshelf is ToaTakua. For this reason, my BZP username 'bohrokmaster' was already taken. I apologise for any confusion. 13. I agree with you wholeheartedly, but I still think the Toa Nuva and the Toa Inika are both great heroes (or warriors) who share the same great cause. and I wish Greg wrote the story differently where they could team up, have a big battle with the Piraka, an alliance with Axonn, Tahu and Zaktan fighting again, while one of the Nuva and Inika search for the mask of life IMO. And after the end of 2006, both Toa found the Mask of Life, after they defeated vezon, matoro held the mask from the frozen vezon, the mask flew away quickly from matoro's hands and sunk into the ocean. The Toa Nuva said their goodbye and went on with their own mission while the Toa Inika travelled to Mahri Nui underwater, later transformed into Toa Mahri as the start of 2007.
  14. My favourite is the Toa Inika. with the Piraka and the Barraki. And the Phantoka/Mistika saga. where the Toa Nuva were transformed again by Artahka, and they had to face their strongest enemy, the Brotherhood of the Makuta.
  15. I prefer a Bionicle crossover with Transformers prime. That would be cool.
  16. I wish I could see the whole Bionicle saga (Toa Mata, Rahi beasts, Bohrok swarms, Bohrok-Kal, Rahkshi, Piraka, etc) come to life into cgi animated fanfilms, with the same animation and set style from The Legend Reborn.
  17. This discussion sounds very interesting. and what of Mata Nui's mind and spirit? Was his spirit/concousness already inside the core processor when he was in control of the Robot?
  18. I personally like the name 'Makuta Teridax'. It helps me understand that He is the one who controlled the Rahi beasts with their infected masks, on the island of Mata Nui and unleashed the Bohrok swarms and the Rahkshi. In the past, when the Matoran were Metru Matoran and the Turaga of Mata Nui were Toa Metru, he disguised himself as Turaga Dume and used the Vahki enforcers to stop the Toa Metru and have power and control over Metru Nui.
  19. If LEGO brought back BIONICLE, I would follow the serials (The Powers that Be and The Yesterday Quest) as the Main Storyline. I know many people would want the main story to take place years later but I personally prefer the main story where Mata Nui left Spherus Magna. I hope that for the sets, we would have a Toa Helryx set or a special edition set for the other four members of the Toa Hagah (Gaaki, Toa of Water, Bomonga, Toa of Earth, Kualus, Toa of Ice and Pouks, Toa of Stone.) And maybe have summer sets for Toa Orde, Toa Zaria and Toa Chiara, in terms of the main story. It just seems logical to me in terms of the main story. and The Powers That Be and The Yesterday Quest serials on BIONICLEstory.com was a direct follow-up to the Battle of Bara Magna.
  20. I think this has been discussed before in the past, either on BZPower or on the Bionicle fanfilm project (Bionicle next generation/Chronicler's company). Anyway, I know exactly what you guys were talking about. It was a German or Danish documentary about LEGO's Bionicle Brand. And I've seen it before a few years ago on Youtube. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link the Youtube video on BZPower.
  21. I know this has nothing to do with the title topic but I've learned that Artahka created the Nuva masks that are now worn by the Toa Nuva. I thought Tahu and his team were transformed from their original kanohi masks, after they were trapped in their canisters with flooding protodermis.
  22. On the last Bionicle comic from 2005 there was a special sneak preview about 2006 with the Piraka and the Island of Voya Nui. Back then, I thought the Piraka would come with their pods instead of their canisters, like the Toa Mata had in 2001. But I now realised it was a Matoran pod from Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui. And I thought Ahkmou was inside there. I knew that in the Bionicle Storyline he was the traitor who helped Makuta Teridax and the Dark Hunters, Nidhiki and Krekka, to stop the Toa Metru and later act as the trader in Po-Koro to sell his infected Kohlii Balls with Makuta's virus. What do you guys think?
  23. I think what Kopaka saw from the Red star were the Visorak (The spiders from Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows)?
