I have a question about the island of Mata Nui. When the Mata Nui Robot crash landed on Aqua Magna, the story says he accidently triggers his camoulflage system by using leaked and energised protodermis. Did the leaked silver liquid flourised onto his face and became an Island?

I really don't want bionicle to return. Because I love all the old characters and their new homeworld, spherus magna. If it did return, I wanted the storyline to continue where it left off. With the toa nuva, matoran, turaga of mata nui, glatorian and the agori returning. However, If the story was set in a few years later or in the near future, I will feel sad and depressed. I have grown to love these characters, and I'm very happy they've ended it in 2010. and the story continues with the Yesterday quest and The powers that Be from BIONICLEstory.com. and since the younger audience would need to catch up with the older stories from 2001 to 2010, bionicle should remain closed.

Mata Nui shattered spherus magna? I don't remember that. The Great Beings drained all the liquid protodermis and to transfer them to the robot mata nui because the liquid was destroying spherus magna.

As I collected information from other worlds, I prepared to fly back to Bara Magna to repair my home planet, until Makuta used a powerful virus to infect my body. I began to fall and lose control. And the gravity of the nearest planet, Aqua Magna, pulled me in.My body crash landed on Aqua Magna the ocean planet, my crash landing caused an earthquake throughout the Matoran universe.I fell into Makuta's virus, and remained in a coma for the next thousand years. My robot armor began to rust and I became weaker. My crash landing accidently triggered my camouflage system, by using leaked, energised, protodermis to create the tropical island of Mata Nui to cover my robotic face.When the Toa Nuva revived me and later reawakened me by using the Mask of Life, my body rose and the islands, inside of me, in my own body, pulls up from it's own gravity. The island of Mata Nui broke apart and fell into the sea, as my body rose. During my time as a robot, I have learned many lessons, I have learned about teamwork, duty and the values of friendship.I hope someday I will leave behind my robot body and lead a normal life as a smaller being. It's people: the Toa and the Matoran villagers, they are my best friends and my greatest allies and my brothers and sisters. It was. The Ignition saga was going to be 2006-2008, and then the Quest for the Great Beings/Quest to Awaken Mata Nui was from 2009-2011. I don't recall anything about the other two "books", however, if that's what you mean.So does anyone mind if I make an epic based on the original plans?I would love that. But it seems like too much of a big thing for anything to be risked going wrong. Perhaps a collab project? This could be a huge epic story!That would be awesome. We could all contribute ideas, and help write it. Then, we could post the final product on the Epics Forum. But would we start at the beginning, or would we wait until 2007, or 2008? What year would we start at? I think we should start in late 2007 or in 2008, where the original story would probably change from the story that was actually used.Can I help? No way! I prefer most of the bad guys to die and some of them to live. I don't want the toa nuva, matoran, turaga or any other toa to die.

My idea for the battle of bara magna would be mata nui transforming his height into a giant toa from the 'toa mata nui' set. in-story He'll be the same size as the makuta robot. his armor, scarabax shield and his sword would change. makuta with mata nui's old robot body would be stronger than mata nui to battle his former brother.Meanwhile, in makuta's robot body there will be a big battle in metru nui, similar to the battle of hogwarts in harry potter. All the Toa: Toa Nuva, Toa Mahri, Toa Hagah and millions of matoran came together as a resistance team against makuta.Tahu led them out to escape and they've found a secret exit. a secret hatch which led them to Bara Magna. keetongu and the other titans (Axonn and brutaka) helped them in their battle. Axonn and Brutaka puts their differences aside and Brutaka realised that the toa are fighting for their lives and they could be in real danger. The glatorians, ackar, gresh and kiina helped the Nuva, Mahri, and Hagah in their struggle. makuta released an army of new rahkshi and skakdi (piraka species) into bara magna from makuta's robot feet.while mata nui fights makuta, the toa nuva saw them in battle and noticed their brother,ruler and dear friend, mata nui was in serious danger and he was desperate to fight for their freedom.The Toa Nuva will discover another giant robot in Bara Magna,(not the mega village in TLR) smaller than makuta's. They went inside and they discovered it has all the controls needed to fight back, and they used the giant robot to rise up, the toa's robot would be covered in dirt and vegetation to show how ancient the robot is and it would be identical to makuta's robot. the toa's robot, mata nui and the makuta's robot will be in a battle, onua and pohatu used their elemental powers which channels through the robot's arms and blasted makuta, tahu also used his elemental powers to attack makuta. makuta attacks them and punched their robot.The toa felt the attack from makuta, gali and lewa used their elemental powers to fight back and attacked makuta with the robot's hands. mata nui used his thornax launcher, mounted on his scarabax, and fired at makuta's robot chest, the thornax fruit attacks him. but makuta didn't give up, he was determined to win and built an empire, and take control as their ruler. After their last desperate attempt to stop him, makuta lost the battle with mata nui and the toa nuva. he died from their attack. makuta's robot head took a strong blow from Mata nui and the toa, as he fell onto the desert, his antidermis dies and faded away slowly. makuta is gone forever.I have so many ideas for BIONICLE, I always dreamed it would be like a final battle against teridax with all the characters involved. Including my favourite Rahi Keetongu! tahu and the golden armor is cool but it should be about the six toa involved and their unity against teridax.

It would be easier if mata nui wasn't a character and him and makuta as brothers. lego could have launched bionicle without the legend of mata nui, it seems worrying that the story behind it was all about mata nui as their fictional god. shouldn't the Toa Mata's goal be about fighting makuta and other villians and not only freeing the island of mata nui but saving the world as well? when the Toa Mata/Nuva went to Karda nui, they should find clues and discover the cave world of karda nui was inside the giant robot, toa ignika would sacrafice himself to revive the robot so the robot would create a new world for them, it would also cause an energy storm in karda nui as a sign that toa ignika has powered up the giant robot. I don't think I would want the toa nuva to fail, I would love to see the toa nuva, Jaller and friends, and the voyatoran come together as a resistence team and take down the piraka as an epic battle. the piraka are those villians that made me compelled to fight back.

my only concern was the robot mata nui, it seems worrying that the mata nui robot carries all of the islands deep inside of his body. especially when the evil makuta controlled his robot body in order to rule their multi-world within it and plan to use it for battle in bara magna, so mata nui could accidently attack it, creating an earthquake to the matoran universe (I would prefer to call it matoran world) within the robot mata nui's body.

In bionicle 2: LoMN, the toa metru left metru nui and past the great barrier which exits the robot mata nui and discovered the island of mata nui, which covered his robot face.

I disagree, I think mata nui should rescue the toa, matoran, turuga and all the others and tell them to evacuate their universe (their home world) and they would find an escape door from their world within, they left their robot and fled to bara magna, meanwhile the evil makuta didn't notice they escaped because he was busy releasing the new rahkshi and the skakdi army. when mata nui attacks makuta, the world in his robot body would have effect earthquakes, tidal waves and flooding all the islands including metru nui. I think mata nui should have changed or transformed into a tall toa from the set, like the mistika takanuva, instead of using a prototype robot.He would also use the mask of life to change his size and height into a giant toa.

I love to see a bionicle movie from 2008 with the Phantoka/Mistika story, the origins of the Toa Nuva's past. and their quest in karda nui and their battle with the makuta. it would be an epic film.

I watched the legend of mata nui on [removed] . I love bionicle, it has a great classic storyline about good vs evil, but it might offend religous people. but the narrator says the matoran 'worship his goodness'[bones: sorry, that site isn't allowed to be mentioned here, and please do not send the same basic post through more than once; once is enough. I assume you got some kind of a board message, but as is discussed in the rules, in such cases you should assume it went through, and wait until the server lets you check before you try again. Also it looks like you retyped it since it's a little different -- I strongly recommend selecting all (Control + A in windows) and copying your post to the clipboard before submitting (Control + C), so that if you do lose it you can simply paste it (Control + V). ]

I'm sorry for bringing this up, but I feel I should ask. I am a fan of lego bionicle, but I'm very worried about the mata nui legend.
