  1. Brother Where You Bound by Supertramp (and David Gilmour on guitar!)
  2. but aren't a lot of pokemon in each generation restricted to the post game?and I can't believe I overlooked the regis. Gen 3 just had so much packed into it that made it awesome. everything in Gen 3 just seemed to click for me and it all worked really well.
  3. Hoenn was definately my favourite region (specifically in Emerald, for that amazing battle frontier) by far. A lot of the pokemon had great designs, IMO, even if they weren't great in battle. However, the physical/special split has helped a lot, so if we ever see remakes these games will be even better. It is dissapointing about some of the older pokemon that appear in the games, but overall a lot of the new pokemon were amazing:Weather trio, Lati@s, Metagross, Salamence, Blaziken, Swampert, Swellow, Shiftry (design)
  4. True, you have to listen to it a few times. I've listened to it five or six times in full, but I don't listen to it that often because it's a little too long for my tastes, but that's more just my own personal taste. 'You've Got to be Crazy?' 'Raving And Drooling?' I don't recognize those, honestly. :/DSOTM has never seemed overrated to me. It's signature Pink Floyd to me, mainly because that's what got them where they are now. Sure, Meddle probably gave them sure footing, but I've always preferred to think that album was their best because of its originality. All those songs you have listed there (with the exception of 'Atom Heart Mother') are awesome. 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' is one of my personal favorites, mainly because of the saxophone and guitar solo. You should check out You've Got To Be Crazy and Raving And Drooling sometime. They're live material in the recent Discovery/Immersion re-release of WYWH. They're quite similar to Dogs and Sheep respectively, although the lyrics are quite different.DSOTM is good music, but I prefer Pink Floyd's longer and more instrumental stuff.
  5. Although I only recently started listening to Pink Floyd, Animals is my favourite of their albums, although WYWH is a close second. With Animals, you can't really listen to it once a appreciate it, because the main songs on the album are pretty long. The fact that Animals was developped at the time of WYWH is also interesting and its cool to compare Dogs and Sheep with You've Got To Be Crazy and Raving And Drooling to see where those songs started.Although I prefer You've Got To Be Crazy's lyrics to Dogs, I really prefer the ending of Dogs to the live version of YGTBC because it seems more focused and crisp.DSOTM seems overrated to me, although still good. I really prefer Pink Floyd's longer and more instrumental songs, such as:EchoesAtom Heart MotherDogsPigsSheepShine On You Crazy Diamon Parts 1-9and even if it isn't really long, Wish You Were Here feat. Stephane Grappelli is definately one of my favs, with the violin part adding another dimension to an already great song
  6. Another Brick in the Wall (all three parts) ~ Pink Floyd
  7. I don't see how that would be possible, there's no data for them in those games. They could offer a patch for it somehow? Maybe included sneakily in a Mystery Gift? I dunno, I'm just clinging irrationally to the hope. XD~B~There was placeholder data for a new form for Kyurem, but I'm not sure how that actually works if the new form is transferred, because there's no sprite data for the new formes...and fire/ice and elec/ice are both bad typings, IMO. Kyurem needs to stay as a dragon type and either be tri-typed or have an ability that grants it an extra STAB based on which form it is, although tri-typed doesn't seem too likely. But then again neither did BW2.
  8. If the games are really supposed to be sequels, then it would make sense for Black 2 to follow Black, even though the mascot is different. And since they are sequels it makes sense that it could be N's dragon that becomes fused. I think the sequels must have to do with the writing in the Abyssal Ruins.
  9. So, since Zekrom is apparently fused with Kyurem in Black 2, does that make it the sequel to Black or White? (since Zekrom was originally the mascot for White)...And I may be the only one who doesn't really like the new forms... they look a bit jumbled. I wish the new Kyurem form was a mix of all three, and not two mixes.
  10. The colour scheme looks solid, with the white and black layered well overall. The gear pieces on the legs seem a bit out of place, as do the gray hands (black or white would be better, IMO).The tubing work is awesome, and gives off the impression that energy is flowing around the MOC's body. The mask choice (visor) also suits this MOC. The trans blue pieces scattered around the MOC look good, as you have enough of them to make them look in place, and the colours don't clash. The torso is also really cool and looks really strong. The sword on his back is good too, although it blocks me from getting a good back view...Great job! KUTGW!
  11. First off: great MOC, even if it does use painted/cut parts. The darker colours used in the MOC really give takadox a sinister look.I really like the consistency between the upper arms and legs as well as the lower arms and legs. The triple jointed legs are also well done and don't look too cluttered. My only problem with the arms and legs is that the upper parts are skinnier than the lower parts. Very minor issue. The lower torso has good similarities to Takadox, but I think the mid torso may be a bit too thin, as well as a bit flat, and doesn't flow too well with the (relatively) bulky upper torso. I really like the upper torso, though, especially how the armour has trans pieces in three locations, which adds a nice touch. The hands and feet are good, but I think the feet could use a bit more blue to stay consistent with the hands. The feet also look a bit too blocky, especially at the top.The head is good, but looks a bit too high, I don't know if this is the angle or not. Or maybe the neck is just long and skinny (that may be what you were going for.)All in all a solid MOC which looks pretty good overall. It would be even cooler if this could be made without cutting parts, but as an MOCer myself I know that to obtain certain shapes you can't use standard pieces all the time...
  12. Wow, this is great! I'm not sure that the links work( I believe that they're all the same).Onto the MOC itself: the colours work well here, and really do give it a bee feel. The Torso is well done, although it does look a bit blocky at the bottom. The arms, though simple, work well, and the new shoulder armour looks really cool. The blades seem appropriate. The legs look sturdy and the wheels on the bottom add to the MOC well, and the use of the Stars feet on the back is interesting- I'm not sure it flows as nicely as the curved pieces, but then again most of the feet pieces don't.If it is indeed waist articulation at the waist that is always a plus as well. The wings and stinger look simple, but they go with the theme of the MOC, and sometimes keeping things simple is the best way to go.The only part of the MOC I don't really like is the head- for me it seems to angular and unsmooth...
  13. About the blue rahkshi heads: I only have one blue head, unfortunately (from the hydruka) so they have to be in silver. I am reworking her entire torso though..And I have put on the green barraki eye piece from the Nitroblast set and it looks pretty good- the green matches better with the heartlight, so thanks for this suggestion and the positive C&C!
  14. I was thinking a combination of parts ... say, three Mahritoran blades? It's not that I dislike the current claw or even that part - it's just that it kind of makes him look wimpy. Thanks for the advice. I'm currently in the process of reworking all of them with considerations to your commensts as well as those of others. I always appreciate good C&C.
