That's a tan Noble Komau, released with Turaga Onewa in 2001. Unfortunately, it's neither particularly rare nor valuable; that piece in that color was mass-produced and widely available. It sells on Bricklink for less than a dollar.

Is it more of a metallic dark red, a regular dark red, a bright red, or something else?

 

If it's metallic, that's a copper version of the Komau that was released exclusively in Europe, and is considered rarer, going for about $15-20.

 

If it's just a regular dark red, there was someone else who had it here. If it has the same look to it, the consensus on that seems to be either a prototype (which would be worth a lot) or a bootleg (which would be worthless).

 

If not, it may be a custom painted mask (which would probably be worth the same as the tan one), or a one-of-a-kind misprint (which would also be worth a lot). The same advice applies to if it was a regular shade of red, in this scenario.

 

 

Also, if it's a different style of mask, it may be worth something else.
