This is a replica of my brother's 1959 ragtop Volkswagen beetle that I made him for Christmas. I'm planning to get the license plates engraved with his car's actual license plate number as soon as I remember to email the Brick Engraver. This is the first LEGO vehicle I've created, and it was really fun!

I think you captured the shape perfectly and I like the magnifying glass for the rearview mirror. Also, I don't know if that's supposed to be your brother or not, but it looks like Fred from Scooby Doo without his ascot.

Yeah, it does look like Fred without his ascot. Good eye Six.

It's my brother. I'm not sure if you've met him, but I think you've seen pictures?

When I found one of my magnifying glasses, I was really excited because I knew it would make a perfect rearview mirror.

Yeah, it does look like Fred without his ascot. Good eye Six.

....is this even relevant or specific to the MOC?

Um.. it's specific to the moc. Like the man standing next to the beetle.
