My NaNoWriMo word count for today is 3,421 words. For those who are interested, that's the entire first chapter and the title of the second chapter, so I'm making progress, which is always a good thing for NaNoWriMo.
Anyone else have any NaNo word count updates? Not that I am trying to compare myself to anybody, but I'm interested in seeing how others have progressed on the first day.

Don't have much to say, 'cept I'm waiting for Amazon to ship those graphic novels I mentioned earlier.
In this chapter, Hajax, Oggak, and Jokao have a quick skirmish with the insane Matoran Kavi and his pet dragon, Ramoth. It is here that Kavi and Ramoth's origins are revealed, as well as some interesting backstory regarding Shika Nui's ancient history. But will the party of three survive long enough to reach the surface again?

Skype has been messing up for me again. It gives me a "Disk I/O error." To my understanding, it is trying to update my Skype, but every time I click "Update now," it doesn't work, so it can't update it, so I can't use Skype. Right now, I'm thinking the problem has to do with our laptop's lack of memory, although that's just a guess. So I just got an idea for a possible Hero Factory epic. Not going to say what it is yet, but I like it quite a bit and really think it could go somewhere. Of course, I have other stories to write first, but that's not a problem. I need to do some more research on HF anyway, as I have not followed the HF story as much as BIONICLE's. I probably will write, though, unless something happens that prevents me from doing so. Just don't know when yet. -TNTOS-

The Stranger actually has ties to Dimension Hoppers, although most of what Jetrupi says won't make sense until I've posted all of DiH. I can confirm that Jetrupi will not appear in DiH, though I plan for him to appear in the upcoming crossover series I am planning. (Note: Quite a bit of what he says will be relevent to the crossover, too.)

Posted Chapter 22: Going Down the River of Shadow today.
In this chapter, the Toa Shika, on their way to The Door, are attacked by a giant squid and have to fight for their lives or else get dragged down into the endless darkness of the river of shadows. Meanwhile, the remaining Shodios, several Kra-Matoran, and Turaga Krashadi himself await at the Forest of Shadow, which is at the foot of The Door to the Light. Here they plan to ambush the Toa Shika and get rid of them once and for all.

Tomorrow I will be out of town for a week and may or may not have Internet access during that time. So I might not post the next chapter of In the End on Monday or the next story in The Biological Chronicle series, nor will I be on BZP in general during that time. The BIONICLE graphic novels I'd ordered in the mail earlier finally arrived today. The only one I really read was Legends of Bara Magna, which I enjoyed very much.
My favorite story was probably The Fall and Rise of the Skrall, for reasons I don't think I am allowed to discuss until we're allowed to discuss spoilers. All I can say is that it was very well written, IMO.
