so yeah my room's really small now and I have nowhere to put all my bionicles, so I packed them up when we moved here and they've been in storage for almost 2 years... with the return of bionicle I was feeling all nostalgic and had to bring them out, even if they have to go back in a few days. anyway here's some pictures of my collection as it looks at the moment (this is still only slightly more than half, there's all the larger sets in the long box I didn't take out and all the disassemble
Just got 4 new albums from them, bringing my collection to 13 Rush CDs. So I'm kinda' In The Mood to discuss them, but seeing as my prog rock topic died... I must turn to my blog.
Well, I'm gonna' keep this short and civil. Stuff's been going down... again, with the MLP issue, and I'm running out of arguments. "Ponies are girly" - so? "you're all gay" - I'm not, but so? "This is a bionicle site, talk about bionicle!" - what about the music, other lego themes, movies, TV shows, other less "gay" fandoms that you all enjoy? Oh-ho, 'tis okay because you like it. I despised Homestuck (and still do) but never have a flamed, hated, argued or provoked an argument over it.
Does anyone have axalara? If so, could you PM me (or post it here) A pic of how big it is compared to you? I still can't grasp it's size, and I can't seem to Imagine it, either...
Thanks!

...they said there was a girl they wanted me to meet who was a female version of myself. They were right and now I don't know what to do. Even in just a friendship sense how do you even like... become friends with people on purpose? All the friendships I've ever made were complete accidents and random happenings. It's especially difficult because guess what happens when you put two shy, quiet people together and tell them to talk? Nothing, that's what.
Well, everyone else was doing it... and I've kinda' wanted to for awhile. So yeah, ask me anything, I'll answer to the best of my ability. Reasonable questions, of course.
My friends (Nif and Takal mostly) have been bugging me, a complete non-gamer, to play the Mass Effect series because they thought the story-driven gameplay would appeal to me more than the mindless shooting that is Halo and CoD (I seriously hate those games). Anyway, my friend recently moved in with me, and he brought a bunch of Xbox games with him, one of which was Mass Effect 2. Seeing as I've been stuck on Assassin's Creed for months, I figured I'd try something new. After the first ten min
Every media player on Ubuntu is freakin' awful for adding stuff to my iPod. Rhythmbox is just bad all around, Banshee can't add anything without freezing or scrambling the artwork, Songbird doesn't support MP3 players, and Clementine doesn't add artwork along with the songs. FRUSTRATION.
Anybody here a fan? I despise their 2nd album, and I've never heard the first. But their 2 newest ones have some of the best music I've ever heard.
Well, anybody else?

So yeah, about a month after I was able to get it, I got my N. It basically means I can drive alone and with one non-related passenger - I can have as many members of my family as the car can hold. FREEDOM Also test was way easier than I expected... so glad I got driver training though.
Fun. I NEVER thought I would say that. But, It's my first year in high school, and I am quite enjoying it. Mainly Because I only have Media arts (Computer graphics), Drafting, Socials/Gym, and Life planning. I don't get math or science or english until the 2nd semester! (sp?) So, Yeah. I'm having fun right now.

It really surprises me how few of them/us like Star Trek. I mean, it's the show that, while not quite pioneering the genre, really opened up the possibilities. It even planted the seeds for a lot of the technology we actually use today, like sliding doors, cellphones and even the bridge schematics for navy vessels. Yet when I talk to other science fiction fans, and go through the list "Do you like Doctor Who? How about Star Wars? Firefly? Stargate?" They're pretty much all a resounding "yeah!"
so naturally I bought some lego. Unfortunately the new Jedi Starfighter was sold out (again) but I got these 3 awesome sets: I think this exo-force hero factory is really working well and I love this set. The lego movie stuff is obviously great (I HAVE A UNIKITTY NOW) and the new V-Wing is sweet aswell. Having all 3 V-Wing sets, I still maintain the (2009?) Imperial version is the best, though this one does improve upon some of the mechanics.
So you can guess what I just watched. It was a great episode, but I'm not getting where this little pipsqueak guy came from, and how he's so well-known already in the fanbase? As far as I know, this is his first episode. Also what's with "Littlepip"? And does anyone else think Twilight was very calm as her baby dragon choked to death on candy and then gurgled and drooled as he died slowly on her back from suffocation? Not very good parenting IMO.
A 3 1/2 foot long "Enterprise-A" model from the Star Trek films.

I'll post a pic of my model when it's painted and Decaled. Right now it's just white.
