I thought it was a good idea for Nintendo to make a game console that anyone (like my dad) enjoys playing, now I might have changed my mind, my dad has total time, spent about as much time as me on the Wii... Naw, I think it's great that he's playing, we had a great game of golf tonight and he just ordered another wii-mote so we can play tennis together.
Why? Because I say so! B) Anyway, today was interesting because, I woke up at 2:12... PM, no kidding, I feel terrible about that mainly due to the fact that, My dad called, he's in Denver and my grandfather is in the hospital.
Other then the whole 2:12 thing (You are never to repeat that to anyone! Ever!*) my day was mainly spent lounging around at home, I played Pokemon coliseum, a lot, for some reason I've been sucked into it lately, I beat the game day before yesterday (Not just beating
This is an interesting recipe that I've been working on lately.
I've made this four or five times in the past week tweaking things every time, Ill probably repost this at another time once I've worked on the recipe.
I think I can finally say what the worst DS game ever created is:
The graphics
Does this game live up to DS standards?
Well, this is one of very few parts of the game that is actually decent; it's whimsical and really does make you feel like you’re inside of a book.
But even the graphics are sub-par in some parts of the game, such as the swinging boss, when he changes his angle, he looks strange.
The Game-play
Is it like pulling teeth, or eating candy?
Although in the ear
My holiday season has officially started, even though we put the tree up a few days ago, and we got the lights up a few days before that, but my holiday season didn't start until yesterday, because yesterday was the day where I saw all the marketing.
My dad flew off to Washington D.C. this morning for work, so yesterday we went to the mall to get him nice clothes, there I saw at least 5 different guys in Santa costumes trying to get people to buy things from whatever store they were working
I'm still sick thus; my day wasn’t too exciting. I was however, well enough to go get shoes, I'm flat footed so we went to this really cool shoe store in downtown Austin where they had me stand on this machine that told them what part of my feet I put the most weight on, Apparently my insole color is red, I could just run around screaming in the streets "MY FOOT COLOR Is RED!!"... I ended up getting some KEEN sandals (You know, those ones that look like sneakers but are actually sandals), and So
Well, I've been back from Colorado and the past two days have been... shocking... My mom, My dad and me went to 5the mall yesterday, we left around...fiveish, and we got back with my sister at about... Tenish... We have four dogs and two inside cats, 3 of the dogs stayed inside and the cats stayed in the front yard, but the fourth dog is adventuress and will actually run away from you if you find her, She was gone... My family went searching around, me and my mom on foot and my dad in sister in
Well, for those of you who play Magic: The Gathering on any level other then casual, the Shards of Alara pre-release is coming up this weekend, and although it's not a super-powerful looking set, I'm still super-psyched. This is my first pre-release due to my location in texas not being particularly close to where they did hold the big pre-releases; and that segways to the issue of there not being any more traditional pre-releases. Although I've never personally been to one, I can really see the
Sellotape (aka Pencils In The Wind)
Lives are like delicate pencils
If you push them too hard they're gonna break
And people are like paper dolls
Paper dolls and people, they're a similar shape
Hmm hmm hm
Love is like a roll of tape
It's real good for making two things one
But just like that roll of tape
Well, after completing it, I can honestly say, it's time to review
The graphics
Does this game live up to DS standards?
Well, although the graphics look flawless, they are, For the most part, GBA level, although certain things (COs explosions, menus...) Are DS level, it still is for the most part, GBA style.
The Game-Play
Is it like pulling teeth, or eating candy?
Well advanced wars is executed perfectly, however you have to be committed to beat the game, you may just quit and p
Well I figured I'd post a blog entry because... I feel like it... I slept in... Probably the latest I've ever slept in... I was in bed until about twenty minutes ago... I also didn't write an entry for yesterday, I went to spirit of Halloween looking for a good ninja costume and they didn't have any within my price range or size... I also went out to applebees with my mom and dad, if you go there anytime soon I recommend the bruschetta burger by Tyler Florence with the garlic and parmesan fries
This game has nothing to do with bionicle, it just is on on going joke between me and my friends, but since this seemed worthy to post here I figured, what the heck
Name: Aci Sivri
Scoville: Has a huge range of Scoville, ranging from 5000 all the way to 30,000
Origin: Turkey
Type: Cayenne (No KIE, I had this planned out )
The Aci Sivri is an heirloom pepper, meaning some Turkish farmer creates their own varieties of peppers and the pepper has been grown ever since.
The Aci Sivris cooking uses are in various Middle Eastern cuisines, including of course, Turkish cuisine, it can be dried or served fresh.
Hey! I came up with a blog feature, This is pepper of the week, the reason I'm doing this because of my recent fascination with the "Scoville scale", for all you who don't know, the "Scoville" scale, is how heat in peppers, Bell peppers, with their lack of spice, are 0 Scoville, whereas Jalapeno peppers weigh in at 3000-8000 Scoville and normal Habaneros can be up to 350,000 Scoville. Now to the pepper of the week.
Name: Red Savina Habanero
Highest Scoville: 577,000+
I chose red Sa
I just got my braces tightened, Meaning that they're going to hurt soon... Darn, well At least I get to head down to gamestop today and try the wii out, and I got a friend coming over... I CAN'T FIND THULOX AND DEKAR... That's about it.
Yep, once again I'm leaving, my dads dad is terminally ill so I got to go see him, I'll be leaving the blog behind (Although I might be able to hook up to a phone line while I'm gone) so I won't be posting any entries while I'm gone, oh and If I don't post anew blog entry by Thursday I probably got in a terrible car crash and blew up.
