So I've been playing Pokemon Omega Ruby for a little while now. And I'm still having a lot of fun with it. My team is growing really well, and I'm making good progress whenever I play it. Well, Star Wars: The Force Awakens has finally been released in theaters. I, however, won't be able to see it until sometime on Christmas weekend. (Hopefully.) Has anyonw else seen this commercial? It's the one where Santa is running through the parking lot of a Target while Christmas music plays in the background. It was on TV last year and I've seen it this year. It is one of my favorite Christmas commercials. I don't know what it is about it, but I think that it's a really great commercial. It always brings a smile to my face.
So the next DLC character for Super Smash Bros: Ultimate was revealed yesterday. We already knew that said character would be from the ARMS series. And now we know who it will be.

Whatever has been going around making people sick, I have caught it. As of this entry I just have a somewhat sore throat, a cough, and my body is feeling a little weak, but I'm sure I'll be dealing with an extremely running nose among other symptoms in the coming days. Thankfully, I have the next two days off from work, so hopefully I can rest up and kick this out of my system. Because I really don't like feeling like this.
I wasn't expecting to see this trailer until I went to see Star Wars next month, so this is a great surprise. While I admit that this trailer doesn't have me as hyped up for Civil War as the first trailer for Age of Ultron did for its movie, this still makes me very excited to see this. I stated in my last blog entry that I was told that the book I wanted, Revenge of the Skull Spiders, would be at my house Monday. Turns out I was wrong, as I came home from work tonight and found that it had already been delivered. I guess I read something wrong on the Barnes and Noble website. But I'm not complaining, as I now have the book and can read it! Once I get some time to sit down to that though....
The latest Pokemon Sun/Moon trailer is here, and it has a ton of new info in it. Here are my thoughts on it. 1. The new form for Exeggutor looks interesting. It seems like it went on a extreme diet. Though I think the biggest change about it is that it is part dragon instead of part psychic. I imagine that there is a certain way to evolve Execute in the game to get the Exeggutor that you want, because not having the original in the region, as least as an option, would be kind of disappointing
So like I said in my previous entry, I did a lot of stuff in Las Vegas while on vacation. (Nothing that I can't post about here though. ) I thought I'd give a quick breakdown of what exactly I did while my Dad and I were there. 1. We stayed at the Paris Hotel, which had a huge ground area. It was bigger than any other ground I have ever seen in a hotel. Though that is to be expected for a hotel in Vegas. But since we were staying there, we got a discount for a trip to the top of the Eiffel
Here is an update that I probably should've posted earlier about how my family and I got through Hurricane Harvey. None of us were harmed in the storm, and we didn't lose our home or anything in it. We didn't even lose power. My parent's bedroom did take some water damage, but compared to what others have lost in the storm, we're not complaining. As for my town, it is bouncing back to how it was before Harvey hit. Some food places still have a limited menu, but overall things are getting back
This past weekend was one of the roughest I've had to work in a long time. I clocked out with roughly 84 hours of work over the last six days, and I worked afternoon to mornings through the whole weekend. I saw the sunrise four morning in a row. But thankfully its now over. Plus, it probably won't be as busy as it was on that weekend for the next few months at my job. It's all downhill from here. And I vacation in two weeks as well, so that's something to look forward to.
So what will probably be a tropical storm by this coming Friday night is going hit where I live in a couple of days. It won't get a direct hit, but my area will be on the east side of the storm. AKA the dirty side of it. And that means lots of rain and thunderstorms. Yay.

I plan on seeing this movie Friday. I've read a review saying that it is a LOT better than Origins. But honestly, from the trailers and commercials I've seen, I don't know if it will be good or not. I do believe it will be better than Origins though. Is anyone else seeing it this weekend?
I'm off from work about four hours earlier than I usually am on Thursdays. This is thanks to some monsoon rain and thunderstorms that hit my local area today. It's basically as if I got the night off from work, and it feels so weird for me to be home as of this entry. Not that I'm complaining though. This just gives me more time to watch TV shows and Youtube videos.
So I was reading an article on another site, and happened to run into this picture: Seriously, who came up with this? This makes no sense to me. Even the guy in the artwork looks like he's wondering why he's there. It is extremely hilarious though.
It. Is. Amazing! It went well beyond my expectations for it! That scene with the collapsing football field was really cool. The chant that plays throughout it is eerie, but it makes the trailer all the more awesome! If I had to make one little complaint, it would be that it is kind of hard to understand what Bane was saying, but still, the trailer was great, IMO! What did you guys think of it?
