I've made it my goal to figure out how to get colors to work properly.
I managed to use blue, teal, orange, and yellow in a patch of black that I colored in.

Well anyway I saw another movie today and went to the Ripley's museum and ate at a fancy sit-down place and against my better instincts spent in one day more than what I spent all of this week. But it was really fun.

I don't think I've had to put new staples into my stapler for over a year. Perhaps more. You wouldn't think, but I probably only need to staple one or two assignments a week, and however many pages it is, that's still just one staple per assignment... so just one of those long thingamadoohickeys can last quite a long time.
... the problem is, I've forgotten where the new staples are.
Some things I just find kinda odd, some things I find really annoying.
For one thing, I've never seen the "this program was brought to you by the following sponsors" message subtitled before until now. Very odd, considering... you know, it's not really part of the show.
I've also never seen the "when watching [show], please brighten the room and watch at a distance from the TV" blurb subtitled before this, ever. I mean, when it's got an actual lil' animated scene to go with it, like in Hay
Today I decided to officially stop writing my four-year-old comedy with the perpetually misspelled title.
Officially stop writing. I'd already stopped writing this July, but it was still left open that maybe I'd continue.
However, there is something I'd still like to share, and that was the premise I had planned for a sequel to MR, after I finished the current plot arc in MR (which now, I'll never finish).

As you may be able to guess, this entry was going to be about something else, but the relevant picture...
Anyone who knows the basics and knows something of modern American culture ought to get this after the first two lines, perhaps, or you can just make conjectures based on the proper nouns. Actually, considering all the slang and odd colloquial English construction used, it was somewhat tricky and I had to be a bit liberal with this one, and ask my Latin teacher about some of the constructions (in a different context of course; imagine me asking my Latin teacher to translate this!).

So (I don't remember why) today in Physics I was trying to teach people how to properly pronounce things in standard Mandarin Chinese (Putong Hua). That is me and a couple other native speakers in the class and the people trying the pronunciation obviously weren't native speakers.
Young people really are pretty flexible and they were okay when they were following along with me but even after I explained all the Pinyin accent marks they still couldn't get the tonality right by themselves.

Well, to start off, I love wire sculpture, started last year actually, near the end of eighth grade, we did a wire sculpture project, and I loved it.
I made a dragon, and this one is sturdier than my later ones being that it has a thick wire skeleton, like, a different wire than the colorful kind I used for the outside, strong wire.

The other day while heading to the bus stop I noticed a red-breasted robin hopping from branch to branch in a tree and twittering. Sure, it was more rusty orange than red. But it was the first bird I've seen in months.

My mom made an dry observation that the older you get, the less school supplies you seem to need.
Nobody probably remembers this but I posted a rundown of my sister's kindergarten school supply list last year. What's my school supply list? A couple binders, folders, looseleaf, pencils, pens, a calculator, pencil bags, that's about it. Half of those I already have; I've been reusing the same pencil bags, calculators, pens, and some binders. Which left a couple binders, folders, a ream of loose
