Yesterday I had to do an art exercise for homework. We recieved a picture of a knight on a horse and we had to draw the picture on another piece of paper that was the same size as the original. The catch; we had to flip the picture upside down and draw it like that. We also had to divide the picture into 4 parts and only draw one at a time while the rest of the picture was covered.

I obviously had lots of problems with mine, but I am still proud of it.

I'm having a lot of fun with Art Contest 12. It's nice to see so much new art so quickly, and I get to compliment a lot of people, maybe make some new friends. I like making friends.

As of last night, I am the powerpoint/music player for my church's Monday night junior high group (my youth pastor calls me Mix Master Sean ). Now I am booked Monday and Wednesday night and Tuesday morning (not to mention Sunday morning) for youth meetings. My schedule is getting busy.
AC 12 is coming up and I plan on entering. I have several drawings in the works right now so maybe I will be able to use one. If not, oh well.

4 days ago, one of my family's long time friends got a Great Dane puppy. Today we all went over to see her. She is the cutest little puppy you have ever seen. She seems like she is all feet and head.
At 7 weeks old, she is still bigger than most cats. Her name is Daisy and she has fawn coloration. My brothers and I played tug 'o war with her and rolled around on the floor and basically had a blast.
One thing though, she's a chewer. She bit into my sandals; there are now little teeth
Today, my brothers and I went to our youth pastor's house for a barbeque and planning session. I am now part of my youth group's leadership!
We are going to meet every Tuesday morning at 6:30 A.M. and every first Wednesday night of the month. The other Wednesday nights will be regular youth group.
Anyway, it's late and I need to wake up early for school. 'Night all.

I literally just finished homework 15 minutes ago (at 8:00 P.M.) and man am I fried. I had to read, highlight, write margin notes, and answer 6 questions for 5 articles, and that was just for Gov/Econ! Luckily I only had a worksheet in Spanish and some notecards to write for Computer Accounting.
And this is only the second week! Oh well, it could be worse.
Side note: Yesterday at church, our pastor said that, for believers, death is only a promotion.
Yesterday went from relaxing to fun to scary very quickly.
At 10:30, my mother told us that we were going to a party to meet international students who came to the United States to go the college that we learned about through church. My first day of school went much better than expected.
I got into the art class (Drawing, a.k.a. Art 1) I wanted instead of the debate class they originally placed me in. The teacher in that class, who is very nice, is the same one I had for Art History (which I took 2 years ago). Maybe my drawings will improve!
Several of my good friends and my old teacher from AP US History are in my Government/Economics class and I have my Spanish 1 teacher for Spanish 4 (she's really cool).
As I posted in my previous entry, today I saw Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest. The following are my thoughts on the movie:
First of all let me say that fish pirates have nothing on undead skeleton pirates.
