So this year, Election 2008, I've been following both candidates and am aware of all that's going on. I've watched or listened to parts of the debates and have strong convictions on the various issues. Now I won't go in depth on any of that since it's not allowed and I don't care to start a flame war.
By the way, I support John McCain. (I won't say any more than that. )

I would like to welcome you to what I hope will be the first of many debates! First let me warn you not to write anything in this entry, rather watching quietly till it's over. At which point, I'll open a new comment entry where you can place your vote and help me determine who won.
Let's get down to business. The subject to be debated tonight is one I've heard discussed all throughout the forums:

Of all the sports that can be played, basketball, baseball, soccer; my favorite would have to be football. So a few nights ago, I played a game of two-hand touch with a bunch of guys. Let me note that I was the only girl playing. It was tons of fun, even though my team did end up losing by a touchdown or two. Amazingly, I actually got the first touchdown. But on a sad note, I missed most of the other passes thrown to me...*Sigh*

Well, after three years and a little help from the staff, or rather a particular CoT contest, I've finally hit 1000 posts. In my opinion though, I just seem to use occasions like this to write something. So, I'll let you know a wrote a little Short Story titled Goodbye Forever. It's mainly about Maku saying goodbye to Mata-Nui before they leave for Metru-Nui.
Wonder how long it'll take me to reach 2000...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful day with friends and family and presents and food. I know I did. Got some pretty cool gifts, or 'loot', as I have heard said. Does anyone ever get songs stuck in their head? 'Cuz my sis sings a lot and she is always, and I mean always, getting a large variety of songs stuck in my head, where they play over and over. It's my fault too, I suppose because I tend to listen to songs repeatedly. Maybe that's not such a great idea...But then again, it's not always such a bad thing. Y'know, do you guys ever feel like a squirrel? Like, you're in the house and you're hungry but it doesn't seem like there's anything to eat? So then you have to go around and forage for your lunch, digging in the corner of the pantry, peering in the depths of the freezer (where you find things that should have been gone long ago), and poking around in the Fridge. And depending on your squirreliness and your environment, you may or may not have found something decent to eat.

Yep, that's me. Bonesiii gave us what, months to work on our entries for the Storyline and Theories contest. And I work on it.... this past week? And probably three-fourths of it was done since Friday. (Finished it Sunday afternoon) Yikes. It gets even more intense. I was writing an essay for an essay contest (cash prize!) and I needed to give it to my teacher by Monday, though at least I had a lot of that done before Sunday. Still, guess what I was doing Sunday evening?
