I've started a real entry that will be more substantial, but I just wanted to say I'm going to be rather busy these next two days since I'm going to be working nine hours each day. To make things worse, I feel rather sick right now... *Sigh* Prayers would be appreciated.

This is that time of year, when exams are finished and school is out. This is the time when we sit around, drink lemonade, and do all those things we never had time to do before....Like recently, I made a goal of getting four hundred posts before my two year anniversary-*glancing at post count*-not gonna happen.

Anywho, I just wanted to draw your attention to one of my custom content blocks. In case you hadn't noticed, I started one called 'Movie Scene of the Week'. What I do is simple. I look up the exact quotes to a scene I like and then add a little description to 'em. The last one I did was from A New Hope where Han was talking to the Imperial over the com in the detention level.

Haha, I couldn't pass up the chance to use that as a title. I'd love to see the looks on your faces... But that's the dramatic side of me coming through. So, I told you I'd let you know when "my children", aka BIONICLE sets, were returned from a sevenish month loan. And guess what? I got 'em back!!! Yeah, it was a few weeks ago, but still. And I didn't even have to break any noses or anything. Now I can set up decent scenes on my dresser again...

So a few months ago, on the fourteenth of February, a large containerful of BIONICLE sets were taken/borrowed from me. I first mentioned this when I created a topic about it. (Don't revive that topic!!!)But now on the twenty-sixth of July, my sets have not been returned to me...
What to do? That is the question. I mean, I can't just walk up to the kid and demand them back.

After what, months of campaigning and darned TV ads, election night is finally here. And after all the nasty lies and debates, the people have voted. (All over 18 that is. . . If only I could've voted!)

Anyhoo, for the past week or so, I've been busy writing a short story. In my opinion, it's the best SS I've written yet... Even though I haven't written too many. But this story, Confessions of a Dark Hunter, I'll admit is for a blog contest.
I'll be honest. It's one massive short story. Over 4000 words. Yeah. I spent a lot of time working on this. It was kind of funny really. If I had a spare minute in a class, I'd whip out
Y'know how I was talking about studying for my permit test? Well, today I went to the DMV and took the necessary tests...and amazingly, I passed and got my permit!!! Woot!
This means the start of my driving 'training'. That ought to be fun...

Today I realized there was something I needed to do. I had put it off for too long. Ready to hear it?
I cleaned out my inbox. It had been nearing 70% full and I knew it would have to be done sometime. So I ransacked through it and deleted hundreds of PM's. The end result, you may ask? I got it down to 28%... but I haven't finished yet. I know you're wondering what this has to do with the title. It does, trust me. B)

I know I told you guys about the S&T 5 contest I had entered... The first round of voting ended a week or so ago, and I was blessed enough to win my poll. According to Bonesiii, the second round of voting is not to determine the winner (which the first ones already did), but rather to rank the ten winners. So, I guess one could say this is more of a determination of the ones people liked the best, aka, popularity.
Bleh. I never do so well with such things..... and such, I'm being tro
So I've got Drama Rehearsal Monday-Friday this week, Monday-Wednesday of next, and then the show Thursday and Friday. Hopefully my teachers are kind and have mercy. I shouldn't hold my breath, should I?
Add to that, the ever-looming deadline of the 28th. (SSC#5) I like my story so far, but I'm runnin' a little long. It's over 2000 words and I'm not even halfway done yet.... *Sighs* I hate to skimp; it drives me crazy.

Blech. So today, I was doing a driving exercise in my Driver's Ed class. So after the first person in my car goes around the range several times, I get in the drivers seat. In my first time around, as I'm weaving in and out of cones, I cut it a leeeetle bit close and knocked one over.

It's so awesome, a few days ago I got a new cd. Hey, I know it's not an ipod, mp3, or any such gadget, but it works for me. So my brother made me a cd from some of his music that's on his computer. He has probably more than a weeks worth of songs on his itunes, it's crazy. I picked out the songs I liked and then he burned it, and named it. Since we had just (or were going to) watched the Bourne Ultimatum he named it the 'Aeryn Ultimatum' after a main character in Toa of the New Republic.
