I'm Back.

Thanks to an account fiasco, my premier membership was stripped from me. I lived in the cold streets of the membership, sucking putarra dew sticks out of the trash can, coughing up my own plasmatic receptor acid until I collapsed and was pronounced dead for six whole months. I was known better for being the "exile who returned." What I did in this six-month period will be explained when I get some caffeine into my tarnished system.   Now, I'm back in black.   Put on some AC/DC, can't you take

Novocaine Doomsday

I'm having two of my baby teeth pulled today. They are apparently blocking my adult teeth from coming through, and if these teeth aren't pulled, they'll come out from the side. It will be a horrible, painful procedure.

Jacob K.'s Opinion On Pteromyini

The flying squirrels, scientifically known as Pteromyini or Petauristini, are a tribe of squirrel (family Sciuridae). There are 43 species in this tribe, the largest of which is the woolly flying squirrel (Eupetaurus cinereus). The 2 species of the genus Glaucomys (Glaucomys sabrinus and Glaucomys volans) are native to North America, and the Siberian flying squirrel is native to parts of northern Europe (Pteromys volans). The term "flying" is somewhat misleading, since flying squirrels are actu

Not A Nice Day For A White Wedding

I was eating a frozen yogurt (I couldn't lick my lips because my mouth was still numb) and started thinking: Why bother putting music in places so noisy you can barely hear it? They're taunting the customers!

Rift Rover Completed

I finally finished my epic, Rift Rover, which counted in at 9,990 words. I'm going to give you a few teasers about my next epic, One Pride, One People.   1. It will take place in the regular dimension.   2. It will take place many, many years before even the 2004 storyline.   3. It will not follow the story-serial format Rift Rover did, following a much more complex format.   4. It will take place on the Western Continent.

Teriyaki *squee*

I made Teriyaki sauce tonight. I succeeded in the "yaki" aspect, but the "teri" was unsuccessful. The salmon was marinated in the sauce via an extremely lackluster method. It got good reviews from the guests.   Recipe:   7 tbsp sake 7 tbsp mirin 7 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar   Mix in a saucepan and put over medium heat until it boils and the sugar dissolves. Use immediately or cool and bottle.

Hallowhattheheck

I still can't decide what to be for Halloween. I think I'll go as a non-stereotypical sorcerer with a black wig, makeup and tattoos... maybe with some jewelry, a wand...   You get a lot less creative wih costumes as you get older. I was Tattoo Man for two years in a row, and those peel-on tattoo things only last for so long, and we had those things for 8 years.   Yes.   I'm very obsessive.   I like to trick-or-treat.   And after trick-or-treating...   I GO CRAZY!!!

Your Assignment Is To Grooooooove

My band, Bass 10 will be performing its second concert today at 5. Everyone has definitely improved since last year. Our drummer hasn't been coming to rehearsals, though, and we always joke about what he might be doing. Probably passed out in a back alley of the Tenderloin, we like to say.

The Art Of T.o.a.

Toa of Art, better known as ToA, is one of the most influential, iconic and incredible artists ever to call themself a BZPower Member. Although he only produced art sporadically, his career spanned nearly four years, and he was already influencing a generation of artists back when nobody had heard of Rahi Zaku and the Bohrok-Kal seemed like a distant fantasy.   ToA is arguably the first artist to truly anthromorphize Bionicle characters. (Some may bestow this honor on legendary Bionicle comic

Tb's Best

"Tree Band... the name invokes memories of concerts in Ta-Metru, listening to the chibirau while riding down the Kini-Wahi path on an Ussal crab, the disturbing performance at the Ko-Koro vs. Le-Koro Koli match way back when, memories from when we first discovered ourselves here." _Mata Nui Messenger, 0 B.T.L., Windfade 25   "Even as I write this review, I can't help but hum the brilliant guitar riffs from 'Love Pulsation,' an incredible song joined by 19 others in this awesome album." _Ta-Metr

Mocc #1: Dystopia!

DYSTOPIA!   Set sizes have been going down while prices have been hiking. It started with the Matoran. They were nearly the height and nearly the cost of the Toa Mata, but they only had 14 pieces! (Okay, Radiak had 16, but you get the point.) Then we had a fully-priced ($14.99) demi-titan that was merely a Makuta packaged with a Matoran, however cool he was. This summer, we have Krika, one of the tallest sets yet but containing only 40 pieces! Scary.   In this contest, you must build a caniste
