Alright, so I got a little less interested in Bionicle throughout this year, but I think Comic-Con brought me back, somewhat. I'm not as interested as I was 2 years ago, but it's still in there. Anyways, my Comic-Con experience was pretty awesome. But I'll have to tell you that in the coverage. :3

Wow. It really has been a long time since I posted.
School has been so packed for me, and I have had no time to actually go on BZP. The final exams are almost coming up, and they count for 15% of my grade.

It's been a tedious week for me. Struggling through homework, projects, and tests while having jetlag is a hard thing to do. I somehow made it through the 1st week of the 4th quarter. Only like 7 more weeks to go.

So I came back from my China/Japan trip. I do have to say it was pretty interesting. Japan, although it has a lot of similarities with China, it is also very different. For one thing, your drive on the left side of the road. Even on the last day of the trip, I still wasn't used to the layout. You know, staring out the window, when you suddenly realize that you are on a different side than you are used to. Kinda freaks you out.

So, taking a taxi in China is cheaper than taking a taxi in America. Why? 1 USD is about 7.15 RMB (China currency). The rates still go up at the same pace, so if you take a taxi in China for 1 mile, it would cost 7.15 times less than in America. Just something there.

So Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney came out a few days ago, and I'm playing it now. Nothing like the first witness of the game being named Olga Orly. The joys of the Ace Attorney series.

So I got a new phone, a RAZR v3. It actually was my Dad's old phone, but he uses his BlackBerry now, so he just gave it to me. My old phone, which I got 4 years ago, is sitting on my desk gathering dust. It was an okay phone, but I felt that it kinda lacked some features. So I went up to LA earlier today to celebrate my brother's 23rd birthday. My grandparents came along, along with one of my brother's friends. So, Mario and Sonic at the Olympics comes out for the DS tomorrow (1/22/08). From in-game screens and trailers, it looks like it will be a really fun game to play. It's also 3-D. If only there could be a Sonic game in 3-D for the DS which I think could be done (I'm not talking about the mini-games in SRA). The game has Wi-Fi used for leaderboards which is like getting 1st place/2nd place/etc. in the actual Olympics. So yeah.

So, I'm sure you have seen those cheap Xbox games that come with cereals, that aren't really games you play on the Xbox. Well, my friend gave me a Ninja one out of the "kindness" (More like because he just doesn't want it, and just gave it to me) of his heart. They get a bit addictive over time, and annoy the heck out of people due to the beeping. So basically, if you're bored, want to play something, and want to annoy people, play one of those games near someone.

My life is so bland right now that there is practically nothing to write about.
So I've been playing this FPS (It's like Counterstrike, but FREE). It's fun. It's hard to get used to though, as it took me about 1 week to get used to everything. My name on it is Dubya2, and whenever I get a double kill, I say "Dubyl Kill" (lol, punny).
*sigh*
One thing to look forward to though is the long weekend this weekend.

Wow, school must be related to Bionicle. In the summer, Bionicle will take place in a swamp. Conveniently, I am now swamped with homework. It's hasn't been a week yet since I came back from break, and I already have to do two projects, which will more than likely determine my grade for the quarter, if not semester. Not to mention tests and quizzes that will pop up in between weeks.

So awhile ago, I wrote a letter to a person in the army (in Iraq) for school community service hours. I just got a return letter today, and I have to say that I feel warm and fuzzy inside that I made someone happy over the Holidays.
On a sidenote, it's the second day of school, and I feel more tired than ever. Having to wake up at 5 AM to get to school at 7 AM is a pain to do.

So I just had an experience at a restaurant today. I was at this Vietnamese noodle shop today, and I ordered an Orange Soda. Next thing I knew, I had an egg soda. I'm not really sure what it was, however I was told that it was egg mixed into soda. I could still see the yolk. So here's a tip, next time when eating somewhere, speak slowly and clearly, because if you don't you just might end up with an egg soda.
