Yup, that's us ^^ We got to introduce ourselves in front of the class with Nicknames.
Our Professors are "Tank" and "Blacksmith" respectively. And no, this is not a joke!
This was an awesome first day. I look forward to getting really started next week!
Two days ago we had our first snow here. So another wish for this year has come true I dunno if we'll have snow for Christmas, but we'll definately have my grannies roast goose, which is probably the best dish in the world *is shot*
Aaaand I just received an email from the Art-Institute: I'm in
Ok, this is in the music section, BUT, for a different reason then to share lyrics.
I have an investment dilemma...well, that 's the only word coming close to the situation. A friend from the orchestra offered me that I can buy his old trumpet for 1000 bucks. it's just 1 1/2 years old, so pretty new, top condition, in matte gold.
Against it I have to pit my old trumpet of the same brand, 10 years old, in shiny gold.
So, do I stick with my old one or buy the new horn?
EDIT: Ok. After
I got some and a glass of milk? Who wants some too!? Hands up!
PS: On the more serious side of things, tomorrow is my English final. I could use some crossed fingers and maybe one or two prayers that I don't write a text that doesn't answer the asked questions.
Yes indeed. Snow. And it is even lasting a little. There isn't much yet, but the flakes are visible. I don't think i have ever seen this before since I live here...
CORRECTION: Dang these flakes have gotten bigger!
Dangit...upset stomach and generally being sick.
Would be no big deal, except my work offers a whole new range of possible infections I might have caught...
Raaaaaagh!
You'll say, we've got nothing in common
No common ground to start from
And we're falling apart
You'll say, the world has come between us
Our lives have come between us
Still I know you just don't care
And I said what about Breakfast at Tiffany's?
She said I think I remember the film
And as I recall I think, we both kind of liked it
And I said well that's, the one thing we've got
I see you, the only one who knew me
And now your eyes see through me
I guess I was wrong
So what now?
I have no clue where I was the last 3 hours...I think I fell asleep or something...I woke up half an hour ago and my stomach is killing me.
I had nothing to eat since this morning. Ouch. -.-
I think I laid with my head on my elbow, feels funny...
Heya! It's been a while, huh? January marked my 4 year anniversary here at LEGO. It doesn't feel like that long at all. Everything is still awesome and so the list grows: 60222 - Snow Groomer This one is very dear to me. When I was a kid, my family would often go skiing for the winter holidays and inevitably, I would try to build the snow groomers I saw out on the slopes once we got back home. So you can imagine the excitement when it was decided to have one in our 2019 gre
25° C (That's somewhere inbetween 60 to 70F I believe...I am not sure though)
Not that I'd mind the temperature. I mind that it's sweltry.
But anything is better then the dull grey we get from autumn to spring.
