Recently I purchased Borderlands for the 360, it’s my first new game for the console. When I got the system I received Lego Batman and Pure, along with ODST and Star Wars Force Unleashed. Besides Pure, I pretty much played through all the games and beat them, minus collecting each and every achievement. (I plan on going back and doing that sometime.)

Today I finally heard about the Crohn’s Scholarship I applied for earlier this year… Sadly I did not receive a phone call notifying me that I was one of the winners, instead I received the dreaded thin envelope.

My doctor’s visit went excellent. He says I’m still doing great it’s been two years since I was diagnosed with Crohn’s. I go back on the 7th to have an Upper GI and small bowel follow through. I’ll drink some barium and get to look at my stomach. Once he gets the results he’s going to call us, and if everything looks good on the inside they’re going to wean me off my medicine to see how I do.
Just a few quick updates for everyone: First, Life Drawing is a really demanding class; I am counting the days until it is over (30 days). We have to draw a skeletal drawing of the leg, ribcage, and pelvis and a muscular drawing of the leg, trunk, and pelvis. Legs, torso, pelvis drawings are all in pairs, you turn the skeletal and muscular drawing in at the same time. The results are in and… I didn’t make the top five. Even though I didn’t win a $1000 scholarship I did an amazing job, considering I was a finalist and made it to the top 0.3% of the 9000+ entries. My creativity of how I portrayed my future was inspiring and should be proud…

After two weeks of waiting, a few phone calls to human resources, and two voicemails for the hiring supervisor I finally found out about the internship. I left the supervisor a second voicemail today, after I never received a callback last week.
The news is somewhat bittersweet. I’ve been paranoid about calling and finding out the position has been filled and the road was a dead end, alas that isn’t the case maybe.

I wish I could say Welcome to PNRS, the Poké News Radio Station, but if you’ve been tuning in lately you know that Lord Togepi has taken over the radio station with his Queen Lady Gaga. The Lord and his Lady brutally murdered a Jigglypuff along with the former host of this show and kidnapped a local trainer named Sisen.

I ordered my painting supplies last week and they arrived today! I can't even begin to understand how it was sent via FedEx wound up with the USPS and got here days before the estimated time... Considering it took weeks on end to get my last shipment I paid to get sooner, I think I'm going with the cheap option from now on.
