Yup, it been this way for as far back as I can remember. It shares this trait with Bionicle Artwork: General Art forum.

Although to be honest, its not surprising since a great majority of members aren't really that big of BIONICLE fans anymore and tend to just hang out here for friends, they made here. Plus, since BZP is gradually decaying from set line ending for BIONICLE, it only makes sense that its the first of the creative forums to start grinding to halt since it was already briefly active to begin with.

And really if its going to survive at this point, it is going to need a renaissance like one the RPG forum got from the reboot of BZPRPG and by SPIRIT's War Zone RPG. I am not sure how one would pull that off though for the Library forum. I am open to help out with such a movement though.
