I live in New Jersey but I didn't feel anything. Though, last time this state felt an earthquake (just earlier this year), I didn't feel anything, either.

It did cause damage to the city it originated below -- was it someplace in Virginia? -- so it wasn't just a little shake.

Maybe up in NJ it was a little shake, but not down in Virginia.

Yeah, I felt the one over the summer when I was vacationing in New York. To think that came all the way from Virginia...

It actually came from NC.

@Legolover-361 Yeah it did, but for some reason people in many other places were all hyped up too. I felt it in NY but it was really light here. :|

I felt it in NJ. I suspect it's possible in some places up in the parts of the state closer to NY they might of not felt it.

But I remember that first one lasting for a few seconds. I remember the feeling, and this one I felt-that I KNOW I felt felt the same cept shorter.

I honestly thought last time it was a tree that fell since we have loads of trees around my area. Why, even my mother felt the shake from her workplace offshore.
