I never noticed because I'm happy where my blocks are. As long as I can edit them when our Club gets new members.

Yep. B6 made a post on it, trying to fix bugs. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so now blog blocks are screwy.

Ugh.

Mine are fine, but maybe that's because I didn't have a blog back on the old forums.
