I do love learning new words, I just dislike searching for the correct translation (Phantasmagoria, for example. I looove that word xD)

lol I'm just messing around. I've actually heard translating is difficult and I don't know another language myself =/ but my dad speaks spanish. He's told me it's not the words that are too difficult, just how you say what words in order when translating and it's confusing... Though that's different from what you were talking about, but I'm just adding what I know for conversation.

Hey keep up with it though, learning new languages opens new doors. Hope you enjoy it, even though It's not easy.

... translating full sentences is definitely even more difficult than just single words.

Thankfully, when writing texts, I do not have to come up with the sentence in German first and then translate it to English (I think I'd go mad if I had to do so all the time ), it already comes naturally. With the funny side-effect that sometimes I know a word only in English... but ah well. ^^

I do enjoy it, also because, as you said, it opens new doors.
