Looks like my idea for a gaming event was actually liked by people. Who would have ever imagined that I would come up with a good idea? I'm terrible at good ideas, so much better at ones that are completely ridiculous.

It wouldn't be a good game without fighting games. Like boxing, sword duels, maybe even fights with only shields. A mixture of fighting style games for diverse styles of fighting, along with sport based games. Maybe even Kohlii matches would be a fun idea.

Creating a character to be part of Crane in-game? I think my blacksmith Zyckel would actually fit that position quite well. He's always in the same place, so no one has to search around for him if they need something, plus he isn't rude anymore, just a bit grouchy.

And supplying armor as a prize for the games? I'm good with that. It'd been a perfect reward.

Actually do you remember the note I said Vernadon wrote, well that's going to a Character I want to be a member of CRANE. Plus the note concerns Nova.

In all actuality: I think Mef and I were laughing about this idea between the two of us three weeks ago.... BAH! Who cares? This sounds really fun. I'd be happy to host save for one problem: Ishi, who is going to be stung by a certain assassin, would have been my perfect character for these games. He was influence and land in Po-wahi.. Oh well, maybe I'll have to go contact TDC and see if the death warrant can't be stopped. Actually, and better still, maybe I can RP a way to keep Ishi alive.

Striking, in a real world setting, is almost never as useful as wrestling and grappling.

As well, who will have chars teaching what? I suppose I'll put a modified Naara (found in my blog in a preview) in teaching elemental control, seeing as someone else 's claiming martial arts at this rate x3

Well, Jolek's a wanderer who'll probably just drop in every now and again...

I think he'll be more of an assistant instructor, seeing as Naara's gonna be there full time.

I've got an idea for the games, along the lines of the CRANE mission.

It would be a short tournament, and its purpose would be to assess levels of RPing skill. We would have to probably divide the players into several categories, and get some good judges, but it might be interesting...
